I'm forever a customer of DecantX, they have my heart for sure! I've gotten to try so many scents and not have buyers remorse for blind buying an expensive bottle before getting the chance to wear it on me for a few days. Their decants come in sturdy glass bottles the atomizers always work amazing I've only had one not work and they replaced it easy as pie. One of my favorite parts about them is they don't have any shipping fees. None of the spend X amount and earn free shipping, No. Free shipping no minimum spend! They have a rewards program where you can earn discounts. I could go on and on about how good of a company they are but you'll just have to try them for yourself and see!

Good news/bad news
The bad news? Two of the six 2ml bottles I ordered didn't work. The spray wasn't functioning. The good news? Customer service was excellent in connecting with me to find a solution. I got the 2 replaced, and they both worked as advertised. DecantX has the scents I wanted to sample, and they were great fragrances to test out. I would definitely buy again from them.

The scents were great. And a great value
The scents were great. The turn-around time was reasonable and good. The atomizers could be a bit better, BUT I'm fine with it. A little no-frills is fine in order to maintain a competitive price. The free shipping almost always tips the scales for me. It ususally mean a better price here, than other sites that even run a discount code.

Perfect except for the bottles…
I love the free shipping and the prices are unbeatable. The bottles aren’t my favorite. The smaller sizes have a fishy smell to the bottles. Please change your bottles! Otherwise, Decantx is perfect.

Good company, but sample spray bottles are inconsistent.
Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with DecantX for sampling fragrances I want to try before spending money on a full bottle. The one issue I've had is that many of their 2ml spray bottles fail before the sample is empty, which can be very frustrating.

Ordered creed aventus men love it great experiance customer service was great i made one error it was my bad imput one extra letter on my street address thus it almost got sent back due to inaccurate address i fixed it online and fixed with customer service and managed to retrieve my order before it could be sent back at my local usps store thank god and im loving my creed aventus men i will be ordering more and additional items other creeds, tom fords, and aqua di gio stuff like that anyways had fantastic experiance i highly recommend they are affordable and authentic fregrances premium brands just in optional travel versions that make them more affordable to average consumer who cant afford to spend $350-$500 or more on fregrances just to smell good/premium

Five star service- authentic juice!
Five star service all the way. Great, fair pricing and orders ship quickly- unlike other decant services that sit for days as "label created" before actually shipping. Always a great, authentic, product, fully marked (on the atomizer you have to pull it out to see it). I have never had an issue with multiple orders, and on occasion they toss in a few free sample vials, the last ones being two Tom Ford splashes.

My order was shipped to the incorrect address. After repeated attempts to contact over the past few days, via email, DM, social media, and ZERO response, it seems I will need to initiate a charge back.
