Ordered a jacket that did not fit right (I'm a medium for every other item from every other store). Wanted to exchange it for another size - got told the return would be $38. I figured it would be worth the return as the jacket was $115. However after shelling out $38, and waiting ages for their reply, they told me that there were additional customs taxes so they could not actually return the jacket to the warehouse, and instead would offer me 20% of the jacket price as a refund, which is LESS THAN how much I lost paying for a return that never happened. In other words, I paid $38 for this jacket to come round in a circle because of something they should have foreseen (I can see from other reviews here the same thing has happened before) and they won't even return that money to me. Completely unacceptable, unethical business practices. Taking advantage of consumers. I am awaiting their reply - if they do not reply soon, I will be taking matters to Fair Trade and the ACCC, and I encourage everyone else to do so as well. For people who are yet to purchase from Decarba - AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

My order never arrived and i have contacted the team on their email since a week and they have not responded to my email. I only seek where is my order is but no response at all. Now i knew why they did not have a customer support contact number because it is a shady website. I started a legal claim against them and waiting my court order now.

After placing my order around the start of August, I didn’t receive any updates about the whereabouts of my package. After 3 weeks of not having received my order, I contacted customer support to try and track my order. I was told to wait for a response about the tracking updates- which I ended up emailing them again, because I didn’t hear from them for a week. I eventually asked them to refund me, as I was still waiting on my order after almost 4 weeks. I had no response about my refund request, but had the package show up on my door. When I opened the package, I noticed I was missing an item. I emailed them to ask for a follow up on the missing items, and was asked to provide further details. After a few details back and forth, they have said they will be providing a refund for the missing item. Hoping this will be resolved ASAP

No updates on order
Ordered from them nearly 2 weeks ago, haven’t recieved any updates on my order. i’ve tried to contact them on a number of times and no one’s got back to me. Still haven’t received my parcel and the track and trace link doesn’t allow me to access it.
Slow delivery time
Slow delivery time, despite promotion of “fast deliveries” on their website. Should provide a clear indication of delivery times per market on their website (my delivery has exceeded the 9 days the website alludes to as it have been 2 weeks already and not received). The order was processed and sent out for delivery a week after ordering- I’ve received more marketing emails than status updates during this period

Awful company. Don’t recommend buying off these scammers. I have contacted them over 5 whole times asking how to return and process a refund and I have never received a response. I am near 14 day return policy and I’m so so angry. I’ve never expirence this from a company and I will never EVER buy from this brand again.
