Great quality kit with low minimum order and well priced

The communication was great from James, the guy I dealt with. The kit is excellent, quality, fitment all our logos are great. I’d recommend using this service, as the shirts were not only great, so was the price.

We worked with Summer to put together a large order of customised football shirts. The process was simple, quick and easy to put together, especially since having many different versions of the shirt. Overall resulting in a fantastic end product that the whole team are over the moon with!

Summer has been incredibly helpful throughout the design and ordering process for our netball dresses. She has always been available to answer any questions and provide support whenever needed. The dresses are fantastic quality, and the girls absolutely love them! The only area for improvement would be the turnaround time, as it currently takes around 8 weeks to receive the dresses. Overall, we are very happy with the service and the final product.

Excellent kit - James helped us massively to get our kit designed, ready and delivered within the 6 week window ahead of our company 5-a-side tournament. The kits were excellent quality and exactly as designed. Thanks to James again for all his efforts.

Order school PE tshirt and jumper Oct 2025.
Tshirt arrived in December with a message hand wrote on the delivery note to say the jumper will follow next week. Its June 2026 and I still have no jumper.
Decathlon stopped answering my emails so I rang in the February school holidays and spoke to someone and was told a jumper would be dispatched in 3 weeks.
School have chased this missing order.
I know Im not the only parent to have an incomplete order.
Poor customer service.

I will happily edit this review if i ever recieve the jumper.

A fantastic bit of Kit. Was dealing with James from Decathlon Club who managed to turn around two kits in a tight timeframe. Comms were great, but the kit was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended and will be coming back!

Fantastic service from Summer

Spoke with Summer directly about a tight deadline and while she could not promise anything, she estimated from experience it would be okay and sent messages to their production teams about the urgency. Happy to confirm my kits arrived in under 6 weeks and they are fantastic, quality printing and no errors. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service and great kits.

My experience with Decathlon was really good. I ordered personalised football shirts and throughout the whole process Decathlon was very clear. Summer helped me a lot with all my queries and clarified any pf my doubts.

The printing was excellent and Summer was a great help sorting out any problems from start to finish. A++++

The quality of the fabric and design resolution was really good, plus very good production and delivery speed. My project manager, Summer, was really helpful, and generally response times were good too. The product turned out really good, the whole team loves it! Will definitely be reordering next year.
It was also great as when I initially started the project, the items were at a lower price, but when I wanted to place the order they had increased their prices. When I asked about it, they made an exception for me since I begun the process with the impression I would be paying the lower price. All in all they were very accommodating.
One nit-picky thing would be that the website is a bit buggy? I think that could use some smoothing out, but also it’s very usable so not too huge an issue

I ordered some kits for Corporate League football, having never done this sort of thing before. Summer at Decathlon Club made the process very straightforward and ensured all my needs were met. The kits we received were excellent qualities and precisely to our requests, couldn't be happier with them!

I ordered a set of basketball shirts for our school team. There was an almost overhwelming number of options for the design, but the process was easy to navigate. Using a poor quality copy of our school logo wasn't a problem. The shirt size is slightly confusing - being the width across just the front of one shirt-slightly more advice regarding sizing would have been reassuring. The whole process took about 8 weeks. The tracking process was helpful and the shirts look amazing. I am really pleased with the result and will use Decathlon again.

Totally happy with our new kit. From order to delivery Decathlon were first class and the quality is excellent. A big shout out to James for his great customer service throughout the process.

Easy to work with and brilliant kits too, along with that the guys got it out very quickly too. Definitely recommend
