Dishonest, untrustworthy HVAC company
I initially had high hopes for this company when I called to address a leaking AC issue. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. When I first called, the technician missed the actual problem, focusing on an overflow issue that wasn’t causing the leak. Despite paying for a flush of the lines, the leak continued to leak onto my ceiling the next day.
When I called back, a second technician came out and pointed out that the first technician had left off a cap, which was crucial for allowing proper drainage while the system was running. The second tech also diagnosed the real issue—a hole under the plenum bag that the first technician had overlooked. However, despite their assurances that the issue would be resolved, it took over a week to schedule the proper repair, and when I called to confirm, I was told the original technician—who had failed to fix the problem—was being sent back. When I raised concerns, the representative dismissed my request, insisting the technician had enough experience to handle it. With how everything has gone down, I declined the service as I stated I didn't feel comfortable with him doing it.
The lack of professionalism and poor communication has completely turned me off from this company. It’s as if I’m being blamed for the issue, when all I did was call for help to get this fixed. I spent money on a solution that didn’t fix anything, and now I’ll have to look for another service provider to finally resolve the issue.
