Fast friendly and very efficient

My old SNES console stopped working and I went to DD to see if they could help. They checked my power adapter pack first before opening up the console so as not to risk causing any unnecessary damage. They found the power pack was no longer producing the right amount of voltage. After suggesting I replace the power pack I did so and it worked! Free advice with care and consideration of people’s belongings. Highly recommend.

Tim was wonderful. He came to our home to set up our printer. He also installed Everymail and retained our TalkTalk Email address and added a further TalkTalk Email address for my wife and set up a Direct Debit for Everymail's annual charge. He also set up our HP Printer. In addition he completed our Smart TV setup and our Humax Recording Box setup. We could not ask for more.

Tim is knowledgeable, effective and personable. He resolved my laptop issues efficiently.

Having used DD for some time now I am pleased to report that he has just set up a new system for me with Windows 11. He is always polite and efficient and I am grateful for his patience as I think of extra things I need done. I use my PC everyday as I run a community, (closed group) Facebook page with 4.5k members which needs constant attention. I do posters for many people using Publisher and monthly Newsletters for WI, Garden Club etc., so although not a business my PC is a necessary part of my life, so their efficient professional support is greatly appreciated.
