I would give them a zero if I could - misleading description

I would give them a zero if I could.
I ordered 2 pretty-looking windbreaks that were much more expensive than others, but I thought I was getting quality.
The description and the photographs did not reflect the truth - that the pattern is on one side only and the other side is white.
That side is ugly. Try keeping white from getting obviously stained whilst camping/at the beach.
I do not recommend the company at all and will be talking to Trading Standards.
I have NEVER seen a windbreak with plain white on the back in 50+ years of camping.
Having complained they do not accept my complaint.

Terrible quality and no customer service

I have purchased 2 deck chair slings (£40). After only 1 month of use (and almost no rains as this summer was so hot), one of them has stretched massively (or the other one has shrunken)...but
the size difference is massive now, making one look very loose and another too tight to sit on.
One of them has also gone completely mouldy…

After a few emails, they promised to send other slings for free but it has never happened and my emails went nowhere...

Save your money and nerves and avoid this shop.

Very disappointing

Not quality expected for the price tag.
Bought x2 HARDWOOD DECKCHAIRS in June 2021 for £117 and the material faded after a couple weeks, with little usage.
Description from company website: "with an approx. 10% fade tolerance and machine washable"
We spoke to Deckchairshop ref Gary who sent replacement fabrics - these also faded within weeks without exposing them to water and with little sun exposure as you would expect from British summer anyway.
The chairs now look very cheap and we regret our purchase.

Disappointed

Disappointed, ordered two deckchairs and found them both uncomfortable with the front bar cutting into the legs. I am of normal male build so should have been fine, noticed the sling on one was longer than the other which made matters worse in terms of comfort.
Had to return both, very expensive to post and the company had the nerve to deduct the cost of the initial postage from my refund.
I did leave this review on the website but to date it hasn't appeared!
All in all I won't be buying from this store again.
