I purchased a knife from this website…
I purchased a knife from this website and immediately noticed some red-flags.
The statement on my Credit Card was from another website so I tried reaching out to deckets.com and never got a reply.
I lodged a charge-back claim with my bank, stating that I was concerned that the website is dodgy.
I got my money back from the bank and someone from Deckets. Berkay Kayabaşı was on the FROM field but the email was signed Robert John. The email also came from backyarders.co.
I replied basically saying that I would make payment as soon as I received the knife.
We went back and forth for a few weeks but I did finally receive the knife.
It's now been about a month and I have been emailing "Robert" to try and send payment but he is no longer replying.
It's good that I never paid for the knife though, because it's already locking up and starting to fall apart. The blade doesn't unfold as easily as it did and the handle is flimsy, the whole thing is dangerous to use (the blade is even wobbling).
I won't be paying for this knife and I am writing this review to warn others of this site.
