Scammers! Do not buy!

Scammers! Don't bother with these guys.

I ordered a premium condition Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 Controller from Deck Exchange. They advertise this product as 'looks and functions indistinguishably from brand new', with next day delivery. Not only did the item arrive a week late, it had clear signs of use including visible dirt on many of the buttons.

To add to the issues, they sent the incorrect cable for the controller. I raised this with them and they promised to fix the problem within 24 hours. Over 2 weeks later and still no replacement cable in sight.

The claims of 1000+ happy customers and 5 star ratings are completely fabricated and there is no evidence to back up these claims anywhere.
