Ordered via the website. Company failed to fulfil the order and did not contact me to tell me....it took me calling them to find out it had been cancelled. Waited on the phone for over an hour and was told I would be emailed back. Did not happen. Shocking customer service. Don’t bother ordering with them.
And over a month later, contacting the company several times and still no resolution! Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.
This company is absolutely useless. They haven’t got any idea in regards to customer service and they don’t know how to despatch your goods. They know how to take your money though.

Have ordered from Decleor before but I probably won't again. I know its Covid and a busy time, but the customer service is not good. I ordered a Decleor advent calendar, among other items. They are not cheap. It's the 4th December tomorrow, no sign of the order, the status is still showing on the website as 'order processing'. The company is not answering the telephone and no-one is available to chat. Apparently I'm going to be emailed in a few hours but I'm not holding out much hope. What is the point of an advent calendar if you don't receive it before Christmas? I know Covid will be responsible for many companies going out of business, but I really think it will be poor customer service that leads to the demise of many more.
I don’t normally write reviews but really felt I had to in this instance. Absolutely awful customer service from Decleor. I had an eye cream and the gold laminate kept coming off the lid every time I used the product I got gold stuff around my eyes. Several emails I sent to try and resolve this. No apology and dreadful treatment. In the end I gave up trying. So stopped using the eye cream altogether. Very disappointed. Shame on you Decleor.
Worst buying experience. Ordered 3 stuff and received only one. Tried Calling customer service and send few emails but of no use. Would not ever buy it again or recommend anyone!
I have used Decleor for over 10 years; unfortunately the recent changes with the company have trickled down to the products, and the latest pot of Cocoon face cream is absolutely horrible.
Smells of nothing, very thick and feels greasy.
Will now be looking to change to another company for my face cleansing/moisturizing products.
Do not order over the website. They send the wrong things. When you call to complain they take your details and say someone will telephone you. However, they don’t. You chase and chase and they insist someone will ring you back. 2 weeks of chasing and nothing.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer care. I ordered an item and didnt receive it. Hard to get through on phone and when you do they 'escalate' the call only for you to have to chase again and again. Still havent had a refund. Nice products shame about website and customer service. I would advise buying products elsewhere rather than ordering through the website. Absolute disgrace.
The rating is not for the products, which I have always found to be excellent but for the service via the website. I ordered the same as the previous reviewer - the Lavender Fine gift set at £56 - plus another item. The other item arrived last week but there is no sign of the gift box. This seems like a more general problem than just my order, hence posting this review. I have just phoned customer service and been less than impressed. The system is 'apparently' down, meaning all my info has to be spelt out to the representative. She assures me it will be passed on the 'online team' who are responsible for sending stuff out. Based on the previous reviewer I have no high hopes of a satisfactory response. But if I get one I will update this review.
Ordered a lavender fine gift set for £56 which was not delivered even though I have been charged for. Disgusting customer service, several phone calls and emails and still no response from decleor!! Do not order from here. I will be changing my skin care products and will be raising a dispute from PayPal to try and get my money back.
I had a very bad reaction to products - upon asking to return they refused me to and sent me though numerous channels of making it difficult and ignoring my emails complete with pictures, after months of trying I gave in. A year later they’ve just sent me a privacy details email as a valid customer?!! Granted will be automated but terrible company to try and get assistance from!

I think everyone knows Decleor is one of the beauty world's most under rated brands, but that's what makes it exclusive and the products actually work as they have time to make them! They are skin experts to say the least!
The website is terrible - really slow and clunky. I didn't realise that an 'extra product' had found its way into my basket until after the order had gone through and the only way to cancel is to fill in the cancellation form. Of course, they have ignored that and today the order has been shipped. Nice one Decleor - shoddy website - and appalling service - will not be using again.
Do not trust Decléor, will send wrong products and will not give a refund. I am currently waiting 6 months for a refund this is despite them all ready having the products returned to them.
