Fantastic ! I used ‘Declutter on Demand’ and Susanna helped me unpack and sort my move. Susanna was a total saint and made sense of my flat and my needs and I was able to return to my new home and settle in - taking an enormous weight off my shoulders and allowing me to focus on work and life without stressing. Discreet, reliable and super kind.

I needed to declutter desperately with a house inspection looming and a sense of feeling so overwhelmed, I had no idea where to even begin .
In a single session Andrea not only helped us sort and declutter our living space but also miraculously filled us with a real sense of confidence about our home - something I had never experienced before . She was unfailingly calm , positive and non judgemental and we have felt so much more comfortable in and positive about our little house since her help. She’s just fantastic !

Catherine is a magician. She makes you feel you have all the time in the world but suddenly by the end of the session you have achieved more order and decision making than you thought possible. She's kind, careful and expert. The icing on the cake is that she has a lovely sense of humour. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have had help from her three times. She never fails to impress me.

Rachel was so friendly and unpacked the whole of my house which allowed me to carry on working and not worry about anything, she had loads of good suggestions and is a real grafter! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use her again.

I really struggle with getting rid of excess things and my dining room was over run with stuff with nowhere to go or that would be put away ‘later’. After making a decision to sort out my house I found Declutter on Demand on a quick google search and I booked Vikki for 4 hours.
She was amazing. No judgement about my clutter or how much there was. She came with bin bags, labels and we were off. She helped me sort through probably a good few years of junk in my dining room. She was so positive and wasn’t there to just get rid of everything but to find space for things I wanted to keep, decide on what went to the charity shop and what to throw out. After we filled countless bags and boxes for the tip/recycling/charity she helped me fill up my van so all the stuff was out of the house.
It was really helpful to have someone with no emotional connection to my things to help sort them out. Also, since I had payed for her service I wanted to make the most of our time together and I never stopped for breaks like I would have done if alone.
I struggle with clinical depression and when there is so much to do it’s hard to know where to start let alone find the energy to do it. Vikki was that gentle nudge and a guiding voice on what to do next. She was so incredibly helpful and kind.
I will definitely recommend Vikki to anyone who needs a push or even just an extra set of hands when it comes to deep decluttering.
I feel as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I feel energized to tackle other areas of my home now. I will definitely have Vikki back again.

Carla is brilliant and helped me to break down tasks into manageable units and then give me the framework to further organise my space. She made everything look so much more streamlined and liveable and is super friendly, respectful and puts you at ease. I’d a hundred per cent recommend her and this whole team has been nothing short of super professional and lovely and most of all effective!

Lizzie who manages the process was really helpful in answering all my questions and referring me to Jo for help with my move. Jo was an utter life savoir. I hate packing and unpacking but she brings a sense of lightness and encouragement to the whole process. I was sitting around boxes for days and within a mere 6 hours with Jo I had almost everything unpacked and organised and even labelled! She was really helpful in her ideas as well. Still have a bit of work to do but the systems she has put in place in my house are all very logical and helpful thus far!

I got in touch with Lizzie after trying so many times to declutter and organise things at home, but never managing to get through everything or get a system in place that was sustainable and lasted. Lizzie was amazing from the start; friendly and helpful and put me in touch with Jo.
It has genuinely been such a fantastic experience; Jo is amazing, she’s so fast and the way she goes through everything is so logical and methodical that it breaks what seems like an overwhelming job down into manageable chunks. She’s also incredibly respectful and careful with everything as she goes through it and categorises it and helps you work through what you want to keep, recycle, give away, sell or dump.
I’d been going around in circles trying to do everything at once and then running out of time and shoving it all back in cupboards again, but with Jo’s help we’ve worked our way through room by room and the change has been sustainable - it won’t drift back because there’s finally a place *for* everything rather than lots of places *with* everything.
I used to love organising things but the build up of ‘stuff’ from 15 years in the house, including a lot that my ex-husband left and then the tsunami of my son’s toys, made it an overwhelming task and something that was a constant source of worry and stress.
But I’m back to enjoying it now and the weight of everything, that was pressing in from all sides, has been lifted, which is a huge relief and means i can focus that energy on all of the other things going on in my life. Plus with the house organised it makes everything else so much easier and quicker too. So what Jo’s done is much more than declutter my house, she’s decluttered my life as well.
The whole process has been really enjoyable too. Jo is so passionate about what she does as well as being incredibly good at it and she’s lovely, kind and genuinely cares
Lizzie regularly checked in throughout to see how things were going which was great and the booking and payment processes were simple and easy to use.

Just do it. It is worth it Sophie was very helpful and she had such a good attitude and sunny disposition that a day of unpackaging, decluttering and organising feel like a fun day between two friends. She was very efficient, gave me very good tips and advice for future purchase. She was very discreet as well. I would definitely call her again once my partner move in and I can't recommend her enough.

So very very pleased with the service provided by Leticia. Didn’t really know exactly what to expect beforehand but I knew what I wanted to achieve and she exceeded this. I would have given up after an hour whereas having her there meant clearing and organising took place and now my spare room is able to be used as a room and not a waste of space. Would definitely recommend her services and would book with her again.

Excellent service from the Declutter team. Pauline and Sophie worked so hard in sorting out a huge amount of clutter for us in our office and did an excellent job of organising the remaining items. Both stayed beyond their booked time in order to get the job done which was greatly appreciated. I'd highly recommend!

We chose Sophie to help us unpack after moving home. She was absolutely fantastic - thorough, speedy, relaxed, nice! Very flexible about timings - she rearranged an engagement to help us on day two of our packing. This is a great service, and Sophie was brilliant.
