Ordered and paid for stair rods. No payment confirmation received. Emailed them to ask for a delivery date and no reply. Called them and phone won’t connect. Dispute now raised by my bank.
When you click on their website it takes you to another company called Elements of Brass Ltd.
Update ** Never did get the stair rods, so money given back to me via bank..
This company operates under the alias Charles Rowley Ltd. Take a look at their reviews—it's nothing but one-star ratings. I just made the mistake of ordering from Charles Rowley and quickly realized it’s a scam. I was already duped by Deco Interiors some time ago, and my bank had to step in to get my money back. Now, I've had to raise a dispute regarding their alias, Charles Rowley, and it’ll be weeks before I see my money again. How is it possible that these people are still allowed to operate? I am contacting the police today if I don’t receive a refund from Charles Rowley. This is clearly a fraudulent setup, and they are just stealing from customers.

I wish I had read these reviews as I spent £330 with this company on stair bars after 3months order has not turned up tried sending emails with no response called mobile number and it always goes to voice mail left several messages with no response
Having read other reviews I agree that this is a scam. I wish I had read them before ordering. They sent a confirmation of the order but since then I have emailed three times and had no reply.
Do not use this business!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a scam. I spent nearly £500 with them and have received nothing. Getting in touch with them is almost impossible but when you do they tell you nothing but lies.
Absolute Scam!!! Do not buy from here or their other 'company' Charles Rowley. Both scams. It allowed me to pay via Paypal so no reason to think anything wrong, but after not receiving the goods I was unable to contact them. Phone number listed is false, mobile number just goes straight through to voicemail. Avoid avoid avoid.

A complete scam.
Dreadful - avoid at all costs - they take your money, completely blank you, when the goods finally arrive they are wrong and its not their fault at all! It was the courier and the web designer! They do not respond the emails or pick up phone calls - I just wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered! They are as bad as everyone says they are!
Do not use this company. Various excuses as to why delivery has not taken place. I will this week be referring this to my son, who is a lawyer, to initiate legal proceedings against this operation.
This is an appalling company. They have taken payment but not produced the goods. They do not answer emails or phones. I have notified my card company who will hopefully pursue this company to recover my payment. I wish that I had researched this company thoroughly before using them.
Utter jokers to deal with and should invest their time towards writing TV scripts as the series and range of excuses is just Oscar Award Winning, laughable if it wasn't for the money invested in the products. Excuses range from:
"Your stuff is in the post!"
"Delivery hasn't picked it up!"
"Factory burnt down!"
"Stuck in India"
I've waited close to 9 months for the delivery of some expensive brass curtain rails and still nothing... no comms, nor an attempt to provide a refund... just excuses, bad excuses and a bad attitude
