Delivery time more than 4 weeks and no communication when products will be sent of. Besides twice as expensive as other companies. Never order again.

Communication was not optimal. We needed to repair a curtain. Very difficult to get hold of customer service. After we paid for the repair service we did not hear anything for few weeks and needed to call few times to make sure that we get a reaction. Once we did that we learned that the curtain will only be picked up if packed in carton board. How can we get carton board in that size? Don't you have delivery containers? So after all the delay we need to bring it ourselves. Far from helpful service.
Having said that, I must thank the Sales representatives who did their best to assist in this situation.
