I hired Dennis and his team for setting up wall panels at my home. The wall of my living room was quite long. Dennis and his team were extremely professional in their job.

They have materials with very good workmanship and their behavior is down-to-earth. They finished the whole wall panels project within 2 days, which was extremely impressive.

I waited and researched for almost 1 year after which I got a referral of Dennis from my friend. I am extremely satisfied with the job that Decoden has done for me.

They were always available on call for any issue resolution that I had. They were also flexible about their timings considering I work from home a few days. My wife is also pleased by the wall panels set up by Decoden.

I will recommend this contact to anyone who wants wall panels with modern design, excellent craftsmanship and reasonable price.

Ordered some wall panels for my living room, i have received the panels and a clear instruction on how to place these panel. The shipment was bit on the late side but that was a issue with fedex other than that quality and measurements were 10/10

I had an awful experience with Decoden.eu and want to warn others. I ordered a product from them, paid in full, and waited patiently for it to arrive. They never shipped the product.

Trying to get in touch with their customer service has been beyond frustrating. Most of the time, they don’t respond at all, and when they finally do (after multiple follow-ups), their responses are condescending and completely unhelpful. They just give you the runaround without any real solutions.

I’ve tried everything I can to get them to either ship the product or issue a refund, but it seems like they have no intention of resolving the issue.

Avoid Decoden.eu at all costs. They’re unreliable and their customer service is a joke. Save yourself the stress and your money by going elsewhere.
