Very Poor Service and Unreliable Proxies

I had a very disappointing experience with Decodo. The quality of their proxies is extremely poor and unstable, especially for tasks like managing Facebook accounts.

What frustrated me the most is their support team. Instead of acknowledging the issues, they kept insisting that their service is good and refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful solution.

I invested a significant amount into their proxies, but in the end, I had to abandon all of them and switch to another provider. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable proxies.

Inquiry about pricing plans

I sent an email inquiring about this previously, but received no reply. When I inquired again, I was told the option they mentioned last time was no longer available.

It was a waste of time.

Once enrolled it works, user interface to billing, startup and product information needs help

The human customer service agents are wonderful to chat with. What the company is doing well is production. When it's running it works flawlessly and I have not experienced too many problems with transactions working as expected. I also REALLY like how you make an effort to provide the info we need to get running once we get past all your barriers to getting started with the service. I gave three stars due to: 1. how terrible the user web interface is, 2. how badly named and explained the plans are, and 3 When we use up data and go to the web site and are offered an option to "top up at 90%" we get to pick a button to add more service and we get a red box that says sorry not allowed. Why Not allowed? Why give me a button if I'm not allowed? Why am I not allowed? No - my payment did not bounce. The descriptions of the plans appear to be written by someone who is very very deeply into network terms - but not written to properly describe and document how your service with that plan works and frankly how the plan works. Your site should very clearly let me give you my money for service. It's almost impossible for someone never having used the service to just click click click and go. Let me give you another example of lack of useability. When doing this survey a window pops up and tells me to enter the number of my experience. There is no number and nothing told me - oh yeah if you are going to do the survey - here is the number you use. That said - ignoring the web, the bad plan descriptions - I actually love the service!
