Don't Use

Ordered over£2000 worth of splashbacks via Magnets. Following correct order being placed by Magnets, Decoglaze held both us and Magnets by demanding more than £300 extra, we refused, Magnets paid up for good customer service but werenot happy. Following survey , and initial first fit visit, Decoglaze surveyor had missed of all cut outs and letterbox cuts for sockets etc. Appalling company do not use unless you want to be ripped off and messed around. Lost out financially because of Decoglazes incompetence

Poor quality …

I loved my worktops right up until last week. They do scratch easily but I could live with that but last week while taking a plate from the cabinet beneath, I knocked the plate against the worktop edge and it disintegrated, leaving a 1.5 inch chip. This is thick, toughened glass that should be able to withstand a few knocks. The cheap Tescos plate was completely undamaged. As the worktop was within its 10 year warranty, I contacted Decoglaze but was told that their warranty did not cover accidental damage. Not much good as a worktop if it can’t withstand a small knock from a plate! 2 stars because very lovely, just not practical

A Joke of a Company!

I purchased a splashback from this company via Magnet which we installed 2 weeks after delivery. We followed the instructions to the letter & put it onto the wall at this point (the splashback was grey) we noticed that in two places the white wall was visible where the backing colour had not been applied (top corner & bottom centre). Pictures were sent to Magnet who dealt with this company who initially said we must have caught on the extractor (an impossibility) & it didn't explain the lower mark! As it had been glued to the wall I requested a refund as it was defective but their customer service, actually using the word service is wrong there is none, their response has been that we took over 24 hours to tell them! The emails forwarded onto me via Magnet are nothing short of a joke! Avoid this company at all costs!
