I was a little concerned with the reviews after ordering through wowcher, but my order came super quick and was pleased with quality of the items especially given the price.

I previously had a great experience with Decomatters, so I trusted them again for two family Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, this time was a disaster. The canvases arrived quickly, but the quality explained why: the colours were horribly off—we looked bright orange—and they sent me two of the same canvas instead of the two different images I ordered.

The worst part has been their customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them since December 20th, emailing repeatedly, but all I get is an auto-response. No one replies or seems to care.

I’ve noticed they often run deals through Wowcher, likely to attract customers who don’t know the company’s name. It’s a shame, as they used to be reliable, but they’ve gone so far downhill. Avoid Decomatters like the plague—don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely do not use this company. Ordered a personalised mug as a Secret Santa present. Despite being a copy and paste job from what I submitted they managed to make not one but 2 mistakes. A month later and I still have not received the correct item and they have not responded to any emails since the 21 December.

I saw a Wowcher deal for canvas photos supposed to be produced by this company and nothing was delivered. There's no phone number on their website and emails are on an auto response stating a reply will be made in 3 working days but nothing. Google maps show many complaints and no product delivered or customer service. Yet another scam setup based in the UK 🙄😫

Delivery very slow then didn't arrive.

Awful quality canvas. The perfect photo I submitted has come back with all the faces blurred on the canvas. Contacted decomatters who told me it was a low quality photo! Baring in mind it was taken on a brand new iPhone! Also, they could have contacted me to advise me the photo was of poor quality rather than sending a canvas for my other half to open on Christmas Day to find out it looked as if we were all in need of an eye test when looking at it!! Communication reply time is also awfully slow. Complete waste of money, and thank goodness I used a Wowcher, as if I had paid full price for this, I would have been even more disappointed!
It is a shame as I have used decomatters many years ago and was happy with the outcome, so it seems they have gone downhill since then. As others have said AVOID!

STAY AWAY! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Absolutely shocking service!! Bought a wowcher voucher on 20th december, placed an order with Deco matters the same day then nothing, 5th Jan now, repeated emails to them, no reply to any!!! Not even sent my item yet!!!!! Wowcher are useless and cant help....Don't waste your money and get scammed!!! Seems like they are doing this to quite a few.....Good job i went through paypal and they refunded me.. Beware!!!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews. They promised Christmas delivery if ordered by the 15th. I ordered on the 12th and my order hasn’t even been shipped yet! Emailed them twice with no response. Avoid this company!

It’s a scam, I brought a voucher off Wowcher , redeem the voucher had to pay additional cost via PayPal. To not receive the item a month later.

I personally would not recommend Deco matters . Any issues take days for them to respond , then when they do , the issue in my case was not corrected . 4 eiwchers I purchased in December but because of them not responding ..4 expired ! And the one I did want is not what I asked for. Very disopointed

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews before purchasing! Got a voucher from Wowcher 2 weeks ago, ordered item straight away! Now the 23rd December and it was only posted Friday!! Useless! So annoying as it was a Christmas present. There is no way it’s coming by tomorrow!

Used with a voucher from Wowcher.... never again! Took 2 weeks to arrive and was unable to give to a friend in time for Christmas. Overpriced, even more costly for delivery. Never replied to my emails. Would NEVER use again!

Following up from my poor experience and review dated 10/12, the company emailed 12/12 and said.

Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. Would you like us to resend the solar light only?

To which I replied yes please, thank you. I didn't receive a reply or confirmation and no replacement light has arrived.

I would take your business elsewhere as their customer service is absolutely shocking and as you can see their reviews are even worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Avoid at all costs! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a print through Groupon on the 24th November, the tracking disappeared and no item on the day it was due. Finally got an email on 3rd dec to say it had been resent to them. After many emails, 10 days later they said they would resend, I'm still waiting and no communication from them at all!. I now have no present to give my brother for Christmas!. Absolute joke of a company.

The key with these guys is allow enough time if your planning gifts. Don' expect next day’s delivery as they are very busy. I would allow three weeks for delivery.

Their communication is next to none. They are very intermittent when it comes to communication, and they have telephone no number. They come under a few aliases such as sticker wall etc.

Accommodating, competitive and the quality is excellent
When I collected my items (amazon delivery failed) they were very accommodating.

Ordered Christmas stockings on Nov 27th through Wowcher. Come December 10th I had no update, so I contacted Wowcher and Decomatters. Received an email with an Amazon Shipping tracking number which showed a label had been created on December 3rd, but it still hadn't been processed. Chasing them through Wowcher as Decomatters really has the worst customer service and won't reply to your emails. I finally received them yesterday, even though they state '3-5 days standard delivery'. The stockings are actually okay quality, not worth the £24.99 each which they are charging on their website, but the service is awful and Wowcher don't really want to help you. I would think twice before ordering from them whether directly or through a third party!

Took my money then just ignored me…… probably a scam site or something. Avoid and do not give these people your money!

Wish I checked these reviews before purchasing!! Used Decomatters through a wowcher deal and the canvas print is absolutely rubbish, it's going straight in the bin along with the money I wasted on it. I contacted them to ask for some compensation or a reprint and they have just dismissed me saying it's my fault. Do not use this company, avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a large personalised sack via wowcher so trusted it would be OK. Well it has turned up and is a bit bigger than a a4 folder and no return options and wouldn't even fit a selection box !
