Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Order was late so when queried the delivery date they said I hadn’t given the print details (it was visible on my order confirmation). Item was then ‘expressed shipped’ and arrived damage. I emailed them the day it was received (5/3/24) and have just been ignored. Poor quality, dreadful customer services, avoid and just throw your cash out the door!

This is a sham company

This is a sham company - avoid at all costs. Bought wowcher codes, they didn't confirm my order for a canvas, said it hadn't uploaded, weeks went by, still no confirmation, finally ask them to cancel it and refund me the shipping - no refund received, now had emails saying my order being processed so they likely don't have to refund the wowcher voucher. No help from wowcher either. Just awful. 0 stars - avoid.

I would give zero stars if I could

I ordered a banner for my grandsons 21st birthday. It arrived, but wrapped in such a way it was impossible to open without ripping it. I explained problem, they promised another. They sent a tracking number - but that shows I have not received it. I have lost count of number of emails I've sent. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this company is my advice.

Disappointing Service

Didn't receive items for nearly 3 weeks, despite the delivery advice being 2-5 days.
I had to contact customer service several times before any action was taken to getting my items made/delivered. Not impressed

Would rate zero stars
Ordered a canvas as birthday gift, it didn’t arrive after 3 weeks, I emailed the company and they replied stating they’ll send another fast track..
This was in August 2023, I’ve sent many emails during then and now (March 2024) and never had a reply back.
I give up after 7 months asking for my money back or product…
Do not use this company. Thieves

Would give zero stars if I could

Ordered a canvas through Wowcher. I wish I had checked the reviews on here beforehand. Still waiting for the canvas over three weeks later. Decomatters claim it was in progress nearly two weeks ago but it’s still not here. Maybe it’s on a slow boat from locations unknown. Avoid this seller, you will regret it!

I bought two canvases from this…

I bought two canvases from this company. The artwork is amazing. The quality of the frames are great. Communication was very good too. Well worth the money. Delivery was a wee bit slow (about 3 weeks from when I bought the art), but it wouldn’t put me off buying from them again. Thank you so much for everything. A**

AVOID!!!!

Ordered 2 canvases through wowcher and emailed for update and they replied with evri tracking number, over a week now and evri still haven't received parcel, they're now ignoring emails and they have 3 different names, phone number doesn't work

disgusting customer service

ordered 11 prints between 24th Nov and 18th Dec, to this date 19th Feb, i have received 2. these were supposed to be christmas presents. absolutely disgusting customer service, inconsistent or non existent responses to my requests for updates, inconsistent responses to my emails for confirmation they had received all images. multiple times told orders had been dispatched. eventually told wowcher had cancelled my codes so i would be re-funded postage, that was 6 weeks ago.
no idea how this company can be successful in business. can not find a telephone number or contact name to make a complaint or get consistent truthful responses. have now taken advice to pursue in breach of terms and conditions.
Really is a shame because the A3 canvas prints i have received are absolutely beautiful!

Zero star is more appropriate

Zero star is more appropriate.

Ordered through Wowcher using Klarna.
The order never arrived and after many emails between all companies, a refund has been refused on the grounds that “deco matters have provided proof of delivery” which is nonsense as it never arrived 🤷🏻‍♀️. Either way, will not use wowcher or deco matters again as both seem unreliable and/or fraudulent.

Wonderful canvas

I purchased a canvas. I was initially worried about the quality of my image but it’s turned out wonderfully. The best value for money I could find. They’re not great on updates (I didn’t know it had been dispatched) so it was a pleasant surprise when it arrived under a week later

I used a deal available through…

I used a deal available through Wowcher. Although I’d been notified the order had shipped, I didn’t have any tracking details.
It was for a Christmas gift which didn’t end up arriving on time. But I couldn’t say the fault is with the company.
I emailed them to explain the situation and they were quick to respond and to resolve the issue. I took my time in sorting it all out due to my children being ill. Once I’d sent them the images and verified my specifications the order was completed and shipped within 2 days.
Yes, I feel the wowcher deal possibly slowed the situation but once contacted the company couldn’t have done more to rectify the situation. A happy customer.

Ordered 3 pairs of socks for Christmas…

Ordered 3 pairs of socks for Christmas gifts and only 2 pairs have arrived. I have emailed several times to be told they have been despatched. Even provided a tracking number which is useless.
Emailed last week & requested a refund for a second time and I'm still waiting for a reply. My advice is steer clear of this company.

Disappointing

Disappointing, I have ordered canvas print on 28.11.23, still not arrived and no communication from customer service.
Avoid all cost. I am disappointed that Wowcher approves companies like this one on their website.

Nothing has arrived …

I placed a order in the middle of November 23 so it would be delivered in time for Christmas but nothing arrived, i them spoke to someone on the chat option on their site and was told another order would be done and posted as soon as possible but i am still yet to receive anything and i have sent email after email asking them to update me on the order or a tracking number for postage but have had no replies to any of them.
Personally i wouldnt order from them as i still dont know where my order is or the replacement one and cant get a reply to get a refund either.

Never arrived

Ordered two pairs of 'face' socks for Christmas in plenty of time. Order placed on the 26th November, apparently shipped on the 6th Dec and still haven't received anything. They are now closed until the 2nd Jan. So disappointed

Item was ordered in plenty of time for…

Item was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Website says order by 15th for delivery before Christmas. Emailed as I hadn’t received my item was told it was sent on the 15th. 9 days later and Xmas day tomorrow and still no item.

A month later no canvas still

Ordered a canvas on 24th November still no show after 2 emails on the 13th December and 20th December both promising that I would receive it shortly I now have no christmas present for my daughter and zero chance of getting one in time taken it up with PayPal hopefully I will get a refund from groupon and deco matters
