Ordered a sign for my house
Was told will receive it within 10 days
It’s coming up to 7 weeks now and still not received my Oder, every time I contact their customer service I am told it’s on its way and I should receive it
Sometimes they say it’s been sent by Royal Mail and then they say it’s been sent by evri
They have given me a tracking no fir Royal Mail which is not recognised by its site
Service has been so bad and they refuse to give me a refund

Avoid. It's a scam. Moreover, partnering with Groupon. I saw them on Groupon. They don't answer to emails, Groupon is on the same page with them. Also, not refunding.

Absolutely terrible. Placed the order on 14th July and still not received goods. I've emailed their support email chasing the order at the beginning of September, they've advised me that the order was not on the system although I have received order confirmation email. They've advised me that they will investigate. Since then contacted them again for updates and was completely ignored. Very poor customer service and I would caution anyone against using this company.

I purchased a door sign from Groupon and at checkout on decomatters site when entering my code which I had purchased it never accepted it which made the experience not very pleasant and quite stressful. ☹️

Ordered two personalised drinks bottles weeks ago still not arrived sent numerous emails to them when they finally get back to you they say you will be notified when it’s been dispatched I’ve had two emails saying the same thing the last one I received was on the 17/08/23 and they’ve still not arrived terrible customer service who runs a business like this. If i could give no stars I would please give me my money back.

Absolutely shocking quality items. Flimsy and cheap, don’t bother giving them your money if you value it

Do not order!
Took me 2 hours to complete uploading a picture and then making it to size on canvas then took me a further 45 minutes to confirm payment , the website kept cutting out so much. When I went through PayPal to pay , decomatters still haven’t emailed me a confirmation order number or nothing.
Very very disappointed. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM

I was really worried reading the bad reviews, I ordered using Wowcher. Everything was perfect, the canvas is lovely, it's good quality and the picture is clear. It took a while to arrive but worth it! everything was perfect.

FRAUD!!!! DO NOT USE

Ordered a floating address sign 25/96/23. Received goods 4/7/23. Plate ok. Over head light ok but no fixing brackets to mount the plate were received. Sent email to order confirmation address as well as support address o same day. 2 days later received email thanking me for the order and advising me to contact support@decimates if I had any issues. Resent email to support address. 3 days later still no response. Resent email asking for update. 2 days even later still nothing. So much for their 48 hour response statement!

Purchased an acrylic printed house number sign. Poor quality, after 18 months in place the lettering has peeled. I contacted customer service at was informed that there was only a 12 month warranty. All that was offered was to purchase a replacement at my cost.

The item is not fit for purpose, no one would expect to need to replace something like this every 18 months! Don’t buy!

Still not delivered my item after waiting over a week from the delivery date & they can not even be bothered to reply to my emails. They just leave you high & dry without a care for their customers...
I definitely will not be using their service again...

Faultless, fast and great quality. I found these guys on Groupon after wanting a picture I'd taken, put on canvas. Having never done this kind of thing before, I was slightly apprehensive. However, the process was so simple and the customer service team were really helpful. The canvas arrived within days with full tracking on my delivery. Whilst the frame is a little light (which makes it great for hanging) the canvas looks great and the quality is impressive.
The whole process from ordering through to delivery has been a breeze and I would highly recommend the canvas prints

Purchased a 'Personalised Metal Door Sign - Floating Single Panel with Solar Light' in October 2021.
I hadn't taken any notice of it until I saw a similar one, on a house near me, and noticed the lettering was coming off. I went home and checked mine and found that many of the letters, on my sign, are peeling off.
This is very poor quality for something that is only 18 months old.
The letters look like they are the old 'rub-on' letters, originally called 'Letraset'. They are certainly not designed to last.
Don't waste your money.

I ordered the Premier Door Sign Square Silver Gloss what I received was something plastic - broken and not fit for purpose - emailed the company with what ordered and tried to call. - Order 97067

Purchased a house sign plate.. Very poor quality, states for outdoor use however didn't even last 1year and there's no writting left on the plate. Definitely would never buy again!! AVOID buying from here!!

Bought multiple canvas which were on offer supposedly on wowcher… only to be asked to pay £6 tax at the checkout for each canvas, adding to the price I’ve already paid for the actual items, taking it to almost £70, I’ve already paid tax to wowcher for your product why would I pay it again? They did this with a door sign I bought a while ago, apparently £7 postage for a tiny bag and a stamp, Unreal. Requested a refund won’t ever order from them again, decomatters need to be removed from wowcher.

It seemed to take ages to arrive but at last my order of an acrylic door sign has arrived today. Nice too! I've ordered quite a few things from Wowcher and they have never let me down.
