Bought a pair of wooden sunglasses july 2022. Only worn them at the most 6 times then unfortunately one of the arms has fallen off/broken. Emailed 4 times twice to the warranty dept 2 times to customer services to see what the warranty process is. NO REPLY !!!!. VERY DISSATISFIED. no telephone number to make contact.
I liked the product received. But it was a different compared to the picture which has gold colouring on the nose Bridge. The glasses I received was all wood which I like and happy with.

Saw these sunglasses first in Covent Garden and really liked the wooden arms. My partner bought two pairs, as did one of our friends. We then had to rush off so I didn't get chance to look properly for myself. I got in touch on-line and Owandji was so helpful, and sent out my pair in super quick time. So stylish and with the wooden aspect, quite different to anything I'd previously seen.
So well made and great value for money. Couldn't recommend highly enough :-)

I bought a Mosaiqe watch for my dad a few years ago and he only recently told me that he loves it but doesn't wear it because the strap is too short. I was in London last week and by chance went by the stall in Covent Garden. On the off chance I asked if I could buy an extra link, and to my surprise the extremely generous woman on the stall handed me a whole strap free of charge. Thank you for such unexpectedly kind service, my dad is over the moon with it and I'm now considering buying one for myself too :)
The idea behind this is great. However - we are quite a bit concerned as to how we're actually going to assemble this!! It arrived in a box - with pieces everywhere!!! We are concerned that it's cellotape which is used to paste these pieces to the wall. I suppose we should have thought about it a bit more before purchasing - but the thought of removing it all off a wall - to paint - or in our case - to move house in a year or so - is quite disconcerting. It's still in the box until we get the confidence to look at it and sort it out!!
I love it, the map is going to look excellent when I get it up in the nook, and the print will look great in a frame in my hall!
