DONT ORDER FROM HERE- WORST SERVICE
We ordered carpet from Decorasol for a professional photoshoot and had an extremely disappointing experience.
The carpet arrived in the wrong colour, but more importantly it had not been rolled on a proper cardboard carpet tube. Because of this, it arrived visibly creased, bent and marked across the surface. For a photoshoot, surface quality is essential, so the carpet was unusable for its intended purpose.
When we raised the issue, Decorasol framed it as something that “can happen” and suggested that we should have contacted them for a replacement. However, after receiving a carpet that was both the wrong colour and damaged due to poor packaging, we were not in a position to rely on the same supplier again under a fixed shoot schedule.
They refused to issue a refund and only offered a credit note, which is not useful as we will not be ordering from them again after this experience.
Mistakes can happen, but receiving the wrong colour, poor packaging, damaged goods and then being refused a refund is not the level of service expected from a professional supplier.
