We all want a good deal, best product at the best price. Well today I received my first order from the guys at Decorating Warehouse. A litre of White Zinsser Allcoat Exterior WB Gloss Finish. I'd ordered this paint yesterday Friday at 11.29 on the 10th April 2026 and it arrived today Saturday at 12.14 11th April 2026. That’s great service even by all the major DIY companies out there. But what made the perfect end to end experience was how the paint was packed.
Decorating Warehouse use a very heavy duty outer box and the paint tin is then capping top and bottom with a specially designed shock absorption preformed material that locks the paint tin perfectly within the confines of the outer box. This method of packaging ensures that the paint unless it has had a significant side impact will arrived at the customer perfectly intact. So if you're look for paint but are concerned about opening the box only to find it full of leaked paint, look no further these guys have it covered at a price that's impressively competitive.

Fair price, prompt delivery.

Easy and straight forward transaction, the only fly in the ointment was DPD failing to follow delivery instructions and leaving my parcel outside my secure gates , beside the road , yet sending me a message saying it was left beside my porch.

They do exactly what they say. Delivery was on time and all the products were as they should be. 👍

A really reliable ,efficient online business ,I use them as they are able to supply Zinsser paint in all the various colours and in large quantities .This paint is not cheap in fact its expensive , but having used it now for several years at my Cricket Club for many external applications there is nothing to match it on the market,it says 15 years on the tin and It appears that this may be not an exaggeration . They also use DPD to deliver who are also excellent.

DPD have delivered to the wrong address judging by the delivery photo. Told them yesterday p.m. to be told the driver would retrieve the parcel and deliver it by 8pm. That didn't happen. The address is The Old Station. It looks like a station, there is a large board at the entrance saying The Old Station. Impossible to miss or confuse with another property.

Superb paint. Accurate colour match and quick delivery. I will be using this company again.

The paint that I ordered was 30 percent cheaper than the high street and arrived the next day.
I have taken off a star as the tin was so badly dented due to poor packaging and I expect a careless delivery driver.
This made no difference to the contents though.

Prices for the paint were significantly cheaper than the local Dulux paint centre. Delivery was also very quick. Initially sent one can too few but answered phone immediately, called back within one hour to advise outcome and had the other can delivered to me at the very earliest opportunity.
