Great stones and chippings, delivered on time. Arrived in 2 batches but communication was good so we were aware this would happen. Would definitely use again.

Delivered when expected, although the lorry's trolley wasn't able to lift the pallet about 5cm onto the drive. However I've used them many times before and would do so again.

Delivery arrived at the time quoted, and the delivery company used a pallet truck, so the pallet was put in a convenient position. I estimated the quantity to be more than 800kg as I used gravel calculator and still have lots left over! The only downside is the picture on website is a bit misleading as the colour's only show as the pic when the gravel is wet, it may in time be better once it's being subjected to the English winter!

This was a bit of a joke I ordered 2 ton bags which was stated on line 80-120 mm Scottish cobbles to match up with some existing cobbles for a job I was on and was told they would arrive in 3 days when. When they arrived they was only one bag and was told the other bag would arrive a day or two later. which set me back from completing my job. When I started to lay the cobbles the most of them was 200-250mm which wouldn’t match up with the existing. I contacted you to exchange them. I was told I had to take photos and send them to your company before any further action could be taken which I didn’t have time to mess about as I wanted to get the job finished which I was on. Which then I said to keep the ones which had hadn’t been delivered yet and send me smaller cobbles. Then I was told I had to pay for a currier £60 to send back the ones which had not yet been delivered to me because they was at a hub ? And pay another £180 odd pound for smaller ones to be sent eventually when they did arrive they was the correct size which was 80-120mm the costumer service was very poor and very rude and ignorant when I spoke to someone on the phone about this. I do landscaping work as my job and this was the first time I had used this company and will not be using it again unless something can be resolved also I will be giving a very bad review as I am not in the wrong here.

Order went very smoothly from minute it was ordered to delivery. Although we did wait all day for it to arrive. The delivery driver was very helpful with where to put the slate chipping. Quality good and easy to remove from the large bulk sack to distribute

Ordered bags of grey slate. Price was very competitive. Easy website to view and order. Gave a choice of delivery dates which is great. Delivery charge for a tonne of slate was £27 which again seemed good value. Delivery on chosen date was excellent had 2hr time band. Which they stuck too. Driver was really helpful and took pallet right down end of drive. Product was perfect. Excellent all round experience.

Great experience:) very happy with my flamenco stones, I ordered 3 tons of maxi bags and they were great. Driver was very helpful and delivered well too. Delivery took two days so I was really happy with the speed of delivery too. I recommend decorative aggregates

It was easy to order the chippings, and specify a suitable date for delivery. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. It was delivered on the agreed date and without any problems. The quality of the slate is excellent and exactly what I wanted. The price including delivery was very reasonable. I have since ordered another 50 bags of the same slate for further work in my garden.

Quick delivery and excellent service from driver

Ordered 20mm charcoal granite in bulk bag, the product was excellent. Ordered before easter for delivery on the tuesday after, it came on the day preferred and delivery driver informed us of a 2 hour slot and was on time. Had over ordered as was not to sure of quantity needed so started another project and subsequently ordered another bulk bag. The only down side for me was it is delivered by pallet and needs to be a level surface which mine was not and had to offload bag quickly as it was on pavement. Was made aware of this in advance so it is in no way a criticism. Overall excellent service, delivery and product, would thoroughly recommend Decorative Aggregates as 5 star with no hesitation.

The shipment was made quickly and the product (1,000kg of Flamengo Gravel Chippings) looks great in situ.
The only possible improvement would be if the pallet could have been dropped over the fence. I knew that this was not possible when I placed the order hence still 5 stars.

Easy ordering process, quick delivery and really lovely product. Have had so many compliments on the way the gravel looks as it is going down. Would definitely have no hesitation recommending or using again.
