Scam Company

If you buy anything from this company don't say you weren't warned. They are absolute crooks and liars. Ordered two fans and they continually lied about it being shipped, when I canceled the order, the overnighted the order and now say I can't cancel and would have to pay for shipping it back. Abolsute scam company from the Middle East.

Purchased down rod and ceiling fan 9/2

Purchased down rod and ceiling fan 9/2. Website stated ships in 1-3 days. Had not recieved by 9/6. Contacted merchant by email. Response received by email feom Roy on 9/9 item had not yet shipped and was awaiting tracking number. Cannot find order online when looking on website account. Replied back to email and revieved no response. Contacted merchant again on 9/10 spoke with Max. After 15 mins on hold was told item was in process of packing and would ship out. Could not get a time or tracking number. Informed Max to cancel order as the website had falsely advertised. Was told could not cancel. Then was told he would attempt to cancel but could not guarantee. Could also not share when it would arrive. Inquired to their advertisement of 1-3 days and was told I was wrong, when I informed that I had screen shot from purchase he then said he would talk to their marketing team. Asked how long it would take to know if cancel went through and was informed possibly a few hours to tomorrow. Would notnoffer any compensation for inconvenience poor service.

Return policy is a lie

Had an awful experience. Just bought 4 fans for my home that all said "Product can be returned within 30 days of receipt with no restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping costs."

I wanted to return 2 fans and they said no because my order was considered a bulk order. I placed the orders for MY HOME and just had 2 other fans and a replacement down-rod.

They refused to take the fans back and now I am out $500+.

SCAM! Do Not Buy!!!

This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY. They operate under several different company names all associated with the same phone number and address. 'DECOR PRICE' 'DESIGNER LIGHTING AND FANS' & 'LIGHTING SELECTION'

I purchased a fan that arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damage and was told my replacement parts would be shipping out soon. After 3 plus weeks of daily calls and emails with no resolution, I finally googled and found LOADS of stories just like mine.

As of today, I'm told they accidentally shipped the replacement blades to the wrong customer and I must wait for that customer to receive and return them before they can be sent to me. We all know that Fedex can reroute packages so this further contributes to the LIES.

If I return the damaged product, I am told that I am responsible for shipping costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Great Experience

I bought a large chandelier (48x48 and 250 lbs.) from Decorprice. Their price was $1,000 less than I would have paid elsewhere! After reading several poor online reviews I was worried about quality - was it a knock off? Would it be damaged or second hand? However, my experience was excellent. The chandelier came about a week later than I expected, but it was brand new and in perfect condition. The same exact chandelier sold by others for $1,000 - $2,500 more! With the money we saved, we hired a professional to mount and hang the chandelier crystal by crystal. It works perfectly and looks fantastic. Yes, one of their phone staffers could use some lessons in English and customer service, but it's a small price to pay for the savings vs the competition.

They won’t let me give a zero, but do not use this company. Customer service is some guy named Roy Roy. They are a borderline scam operation. I sent a package back to the address they provided at considerable cost to me, with the RA number and they refused the delivery telling FedEx they didn’t order anything. Since then I’ve got nothing but the runaround. Terrible company.

Terrible Service—Untrustworthy

After more than a week not receiving any shipping information, I contacted the company and was given the run-around that they were awaiting the fan and it should be shipped by either tonight (Friday) or Monday evening. Previously, I’d received the same fan in a different color from Amazon a day after ordering. I thought about it and called them back to cancel the order, feeling mistrustful about our previous phone conversation. The “customer service representative” (I use the term loosely) told me it was “on the truck” and he couldn’t cancel. I asked him for shipping/tracking info, which he couldn’t supply. He grew belligerent and told me to email them, which I did immediately. We’ll see what happens.
I strongly advise not buying anything from this company. They seem very disreputable and untrustworthy.

If there were less than 1 star

If there were less than 1 star, I would give it. I received a defective fixture and tried to communicate with the company to see if there was a way to fix it without having to uninstall and reinstall the $600 chandelier. One piece was loose and I was hoping there was a tool that might be able to fix it or if we could possibly call someone and it could be repaired. Instead of understanding what I was asking, Roy, just said "it is perfect and has been hung wrong" which is definitely NOT the case. I tried to call and Roy answers the phone with his kid screaming in the background. I think this is a one man operation with no service department, etc. If you want ANY service after the sale or if you need help if something is not right, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The pricing was not any better than other places, we only bought from them because they had several of the brands that we were looking for. Keep searching!! The small amount you save is not worth the headache!!

con artists, shop elsewhere.

Do not buy from Decorprice.com. Web site notes hassle free returns but they did not accept an $21.00 unopened, unwrapped, unlabeled ceiling fan down rod that was purchased with a $600.00 ceiling fan. I now only prey that I never have a problem with the fan. Customer service sucks! Do not shop at Decor price.com.

I would buy again!

Purchased a vanity in January. Took about 10 days to get to me. One of the doors was damaged in shipping. I called the company and spoke with Roy. He said to send an email with pictures. It took a couple of weeks but he put a request in to the manufacturer for a replacement. It took about 6 weeks from that point to get. It wasn’t as soon as I would have like but I did get a replacement vanity. For the price, the money I saved and the quality of the vanity, I would definitely buy from Decor Price again. The damage in shipping was not their fault and I was willing to be patient. It all worked out.

Stay clear of this place

Stay clear of this place! Was informed two items I ordered were not in stock and would be shipping 3 weeks later; I was told I could cancel (items showed in stock when I placed the order). Unfortunately, they still shipped the items and are requiring me to pay the return shipping. Max was absolutely awful on phone/emails, he couldn't care less, zero customer service.

I hesitated, but bought from them.

With hesitation I decided to bite the bullet and use decor price. Their prices were too good to pass up. Before purchasing I called the # to see if they had what I wanted in stock - they did, so I placed an order for 6 sconces. 2 weeks later they all arrived. I opened each box and they are perfectly packed and in perfect condition. Well done!

I contacted Customer Service twice re

I contacted Customer Service twice re: a trade account with Decor Price and reached the same person both times. He was rude on both calls and kept telling me I was not following his instructions although I was following them exactly (multiple times). When I finally found another number to try and reach someone else who might be more professional/helpful/spoke better English, it put me back through to this man. Their website is not as professional as you would hope when purchasing items and he did not give me confidence that I would have a good experience purchasing through them.
After reading the reviews here, I am happy I did not purchase anything through them and saved myself and my clients the trouble!

Save your sanity and order from an actual dealer!

Ordered 4 lights and 3 ceiling fans plus downrods. Never received one light, one arrived damaged, and one the wrong finish, plus one fan arrived in pieces. 5 months later I got fan replaced but even after over 60 emails, them saying they were going to send prepaid labels in October and then me begging for help so I could send them I had to ask credit card company to assist me in getting my money back. this was for a new build, I couldn’t afford to buy a second set of lights and not having lights to hang stopped my closing from happening. That caused the sale on my current house to fall through and meant I incurred fees for the electricians return visit. It has cost me thousands in the long run and to this date they are still fighting the credit card company.

Save your sanity and get them from a reputable dealer. HE DOES NOT HAVE STOCK HE RATHER IS SELLING IT TO YOU BY BUYING IT AND HAVING SENT TO YOU BY COMPANY. Don’t pay him to place your order and screw it up!

Buyer Beware…used items.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing three lights from them. I haven’t checked them all but the Schonbek crystal light they sent was in a used box and should have been marked as an Open Item, it clearly had belonged to someone else.

Shipped the wrong color light, no refund

Shipped the wrong color light, had to call them 3 times to finally get a return label and still have not received a refund. Shipped the item back months ago. Avoid at all costs they’re just drop shippers with horrible customer service
