Falsely sold as Edwardian and received badly damaged (did not happen in transit), no response to emails or messages
Purchased a ring off seller online for £950, there was no mention of damage and no damage visible on photos in the listing. Upon receiving the opal it was glaringly damaged/cracked rendering the ring worth less than half of what I paid for it, it was well protected in transit so I assume seller was aware of this and chose not to disclose. Further to that it was listed as an antique - Edwardian ring and is actually date stamped 2010. The seller offered no apology whatsoever and was incredibly rude when spoke to them on the phone. They basically mocked me. Have returned and still waiting for a refund.

Incredibly poor customer service.
Bought cufflinks on eBay, (29th September) and advised I wanted to wear them for my wedding (10th October) and was happy to pay for next day delivery despite the listing had 48hr delivery. They didn't reply or send the item, and eBay had to resolve. Avoided telephone calls to to the store, simply not trust worthy.
Similar reviews going back 4 years on their previous website and on eBay so I doubt they'll improve any time soon
