Very disappointing experience with Decowood.
I requested a return on March 4th and only received an automated confirmation. After several follow-ups, it took more than a week to get a response from a real agent. Even then, instead of providing clear return instructions, they attempted to steer me toward a partial refund or exchange.
The return process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication and repeated delays. For an online purchase, where the right of withdrawal should make returns straightforward, this handling is unacceptable.
The product itself did not meet expectations, and the lack of proper post-sale support made the situation worse.
Overall, I cannot recommend Decowood based on this experience.
