I paid for a worker profile activation…

I paid for a worker profile activation on decretoflussiitalia.it, expecting the paid features to work. Despite receiving confirmation emails that my profile was verified and activated:

I cannot upload my CV or any documents

My profile is incomplete and unusable

I am not visible to employers

Customer support is completely non-existent (emails, website forms, and WhatsApp all ignored)

This is not a technical issue; it is a clear case of taking payment and not delivering the service. I strongly warn others against using this service.

I have attached all proofs and reached out multiple times, but the company continues to ignore international customers. This experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
