UPDATE: To be just and to their benefit, DedicatedCore did indeed make a refund. Not scam after all. Just not very professional.

I saw their Dedicated Server plans and I was interested in the Germany dedicated server so I proceeded with the purchase. The next morning the server was set and I managed to login to WHM.
The first thing I always do is check the Security Advisor. I noticed that there was a bootloader miscofiguration, the system kernel was one version but the boot was configured from another.
I tried a reboot but then the server was unreachable for 20 hours. They said that it was due to a faulty drive (that added to the insecurity even more). When they finally informed me that the server was up and running, I saw the same problem. I informed them about it and asked them to fix it with Grubby. I was very reluctant to do anything myself because that would "break the warranty" :p
The result is more than 24 hours have passed from then and the server is still down. I guess it will remain down.
Mahesh (I guess he's the owner) who was very talkative and chatty at first, had completely disappeared. And what was even stranger is that although there is a ticket support system (which gets not-helpful replies after really long waits), Mahesh is using WhatsApp from a number in India. And the server is in Germany. I mean, how can that work? Outsourcing management from India to Germany? I thought that this was supposed to be the other way round.
Mahesh finally showed up the next day on Whatsapp saying that he was sick. Like that is an excuse for a server's downtime.
The reviews you see in TrustPilot are obviously fake, western names from India.
I have requested a refund both on the support ticket and on the Whatsapp with Mahesh but he insists that WHEN they set up the server they will refund me and give me one month trial to test the server. Problem is that I would NEVER migrate my accounts to their servers. Migrating my money was a mistake but migrating my accounts would be criminal.

I am searching a storage VPS to store my website data and some other files and the cost on AWS or Google is very high so I move with DedicatedCore Storage VPS plan, they have cheaper cost on market and provide huge storage. I am connecting with their team only once and they setup my server as per my requirement.

So far so good, VPS delivered on time and working without problem, only slight disappointment is that you only get an evaluation copy of Win Server 2022, I questioned this and was told that they renew it every 180 days so it's not a problem, they also confirmed in writing this doesn't contravene the MSoft T's and C's, just to be sure I used one of my own keys to activate

As expected from an Indian company. Got my vps, but has to wait almost 1 day. Because the company said there is no stock for the vps that I ordered. But in the website the server is available to order. Second after I got the vps, the vps connection to rdp always getting error when I try to connect. I ask the support to check for the problem because it will disturb my trading activities, but they keep restarting the VPS and expect the problem to resolve later. But guess what, in 2 days, it's been three times the vps has refuse to connect to the Rdp. Only will be ok when they restart the server. So in that day, I'm suffered from my trading activities because of this issues keeps coming back. So if you think want to try this company VPS for trading Forex, just forget about it. Now I ordered a new VPS from another company and all is good with no interruptions.
