Purchased a VPS on the 24th of Aug and…
Purchased a VPS on the 24th of Aug and never received a server deployment email from them. I waited three days and got nothing at all. I logged into the client portal and saw that my server had been deployed and was now up, just never received notification of this. Annoyed with the lack of communication, I canceled my server (on Aug 27) and requested a refund because nothing was done on the server (how could I have done anything when I wasn't even aware it was already deployed) but refund was denied, claiming they have a no refund policy once deployed (even if you were never notified of said deployment). They expect you to just trust them on the quality of their servers, service and communication without experiencing it first to decide if it's as good as they claim (it's not).
