EDIT: they work under one name "VMachines & Servers OÜ" and trying redirect review to different company... shame..
Shame someone is using their email newsletter blah blah @dedixlab (sorry I can’t remember the exact address) to send out online scams headed ‘your account has been closed’ ‘your payment has been rejected’ ‘Netflix subscription suspended’, all the normal stuff.
I’m not sure there isn’t al lot they can do about these crooks.
They got back quickly in reply to my original review/complaint.

Dedixlab.com is a great hosting company that also has great support, even for non-technical users. I am a freelancer and for my work I have been renting several virtual servers from them for a long time and during all this time there was no downtime.
Their support team is fast and very polite. They have very good offline support via tickets, most of my requests usually took less than 60 minutes to process. They also have several support channels through various messengers and online chat.
I think they have best prices for virtual servers and they offer very good configurations with large disk space and memory.
If you are a professional, I would definitely recommend this company.

Great service. I was looking for a new provider for a long time. Yesterday I made up my mind and bought a server for the test. I received the service in full, as stated, there were no problems with payment and payment processing.
I especially want to note the quality of technical support!
They quickly responded to my ticket, answered all my questions. I recommend the service to everyone!
P.S. The only feature, technical support is not round the clock. But this is not critical for my tasks!

First i was afraid when i saw the bad review
i contacted support with chat they are super helpful
server was setup in 15 min i had small problem wiht the first one slow connection
but they offered another within 15 min plus a free 1 ipv4 for the first month
i can say that if you wanna try them go for it Really good service and trustworthy
