I ordered two pairs of slides and both were drastically smaller than the stated size. I needed size EU 46, but even their largest size didn’t fit, so an exchange wasn’t possible. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping twice, once to receive the order and once to return it. This issue is clearly due to incorrect sizing information in their advertising, yet the company showed no responsibility or concern.

I placed an order during the Black Friday promotion with a 35 percent discount. The day after, the company launched a 45 percent promotion. There was no option for free returns and no gesture of goodwill was offered, even though the higher discount followed immediately after Black Friday.
This left me with the feeling that the Black Friday offer was not truly the best deal. Unfair and misleading. Customer service was polite but unable to provide any solution. The socks itself I tried one and that is good.

I'm not giving a one star simply because I'm momentarily being frustrated. I wanted to buy yesterday from the store. I saw an ad giving 50% off. Went to the site, which was supposed to be in my local language, (not simply translated by my phone, they have a site in my country) it was really bad translated and the cart was in Czech, I couldn't understand anything. I bought last year around 6 products, underwear was fine, but the socks have really low quality (good colours, I'll give them that), a basic socks which costs 1€ has the same life expectancy. Last year I remember the % code didn't work, but I decided to go ahead and buy, simultaneously I wrote them an email to ask if their code system will work soon, so I can get a present for a friend - no response. Ultimately it turned out very expensive for a basic cotton underwear... Last night I noticed a 50% off of a boxers still costs like 10€... On the check out they also give you like 5 different ways to pay 3-5€ more for "sustainable natural bag", "guaranteed fast delivery" and a few other things I don't remember not, but we're total bullhockey... And lastly, when you click to select a size, it automatically goes in your cart and not one pair,but two or three in some cases

I used to buy socks at Dedoles because of the funny and original designs. The quality of the socks was ok. But the last time I bought 6 or 7 pairs I was really disappointed. The second time wearing already holes in them. The quality really went backwards. Sadly it will be the last time I bought socks there

Very disappointed by the quality of their underwear, slippers and socks. A piece of underwear was already torn when we opened the package.We noticed only after washing it. As for the slippers and socks, they got damaged quite easily after 1 or 2 wears. Would expect a better quality.

I bought gifts for multiple friends from this side and every time it got their smile as they didn't expect anything like that. totally worth it.

After a first order which was handled impeccably, I placed a second order and this time did not flag the extra insurance shipment fee. This time, the mail confirming my order had been processed, did not contain a tracking number, so I kindly requested to provide it. Once, twice & even a third time, but no reaction at all, and more importantly no package delivered. Do I really need to pay extra to receive a tracking number and a reliable shipment? This is not what I expect from a reliable supplier!

The quality used to be really good, i bought many pairs of dedoles socks before and recently i bought another 13 pairs but the quality has went absolutely downhill. It is super thin and there is no support, if you compare it to the ones before, you can clearly see that the shape changes immediately, the elastic is no longer as strong, the weaves are no longer as tight, even the seam changed. Very sad about the quality drop, really loved dedoles socks but it is not worth the price anymore.

I ordered two pairs of flip-flops. They both arrived after almost 2 weeks, even though the track & trace was posted after a day. Didn't arrive with PostNL until yesterday though.

Both pairs of flip-flops are too small. So I decided to return them and exchange for a bigger size, no problem; I'll wait another two weeks. But then after I filled in the return form, I get an email saying that shipping fees are for the customer, after also paying for shipping the first time. It's just not worth it to return them for the price I paid for the flip-flops. That's just as expensive as one pair of them!

Guess I'll keep the flip-flops that don't fit and I will buy different ones somewhere else

After hearing of Dedoles from a friend I caught wind of their amazing post-Christmas sale so decided to take a punt on some briefs and…

…WOW! Absolutely love the colourful, fun designs and it actually took me a while to decide which ones to order!

Would definitely purchase again, although always in a sale as full price is a bit expensive for me.

The only negative is the size chart is a little difficult to navigate as there’s no comparison to ladies UK sizes included, so I ended up fishing out a tape measure.

I absolutely love this shop - the pants are super comfy and fit perfectly. The socks stay up, are comfortable and everything I have bought washes really well. Plus, the prices are great! Bought a pair of pants and socks to try and now have a drawerful..
Lastly, had to email as I accidentally put in the same order twice and they sorted it out immediately and were super- friendly. I don’t get why there are people moaning about them on here cause I think they are fab. Ordered from Slovakia as well as the UK site and both equally efficient. Love ‘em!

I ordered some underwear and a sports bra from Dedoles to test it out. It arrived a little while later (shipping took some time but it arrived in the window that they told me it would) and the products were fantastic. The material is high quality, everything fit well, the prints are super cute and the colors are just as vibrant after having been washed many times. I immediately ordered from them again and the second batch was just as good as the first. Can only recommend!

Orderd a few thinghs, and everythinghs goes good.
I was a little bit warried about the reviews I red, but I changed my mind. Only two points: first please send order confimation cause I didn't received and second please use stronger pacages, cause my bag had 2 big holes and I could see inside my sockets.

Ordered on two occasions, great site, fab quality items good prices, especially in sale 😊. Placed the order 2 or 3 days ago from the Dutch site, sent them an e-mail immediately after because the order auto-filled my delivery address to my Paypal address (without confirmation) which was outdated. They have responded and changed the shipping address after a few days. The designs look good which is why I bought a pretty big shipment of them as gifts and such, look forward to receiving them!
Jan 2021 Edit: Just received them about two weeks ahead of time! Fits and looks great!

Ordered 2 weeks ago and today received an email saying their system deleted my order so it is cancelled. No apology, absolutely awful service. Will never use again.

I ordered underwear for 3 times now at dedoles and i always receive good quality goods wich are delivered on good time in belgium. my last package was half mixed with somebody else his package. I was able to keep the goods half wrong half correct ones and they sended back the money of the missing parts. i am very satisfied with this store and i would recommend.

I was a bit sceptical due to the few and mixed reviews. I have ordered twice now (via the Dutch site), both underwear and socks for men and women. I am very happy and satisfied. The sIzes are true to actual size and quality is good. Delivery time is quicker than the estimated delivery time sent in the confirmation e-mail.
There is an insurance option for EUR 1,- that will guarantee you receive the package.

Good quality socks and underwear, beautiful designs. The delivery is often faster than estimated date, the customer service is pretty quick to respond and helpful! Ordered twice in past month and will be ordering again!
