Deeds were fantastic with the sale of our house. Hayley and Darren were so helpful from start to finish they are also very reasonable on fees unlike other estate agents

Hayley and Darren were always accessible and provided positive, helpful and honest guidance to me as a buyer. The welcome pack on arrival at my new house was totally unexpected and a really lovely thought. They both definitely made a lengthy and sometimes frustrating conveyance bearable.

Very quick to come and carry out the valuation. Realistically valued too, as the house sold extremely quickly. Friendly staff, who always kept us up to date on what was happening.

We were in a very awkward predicament, stuck on a lodge park with nowhere to go. We were in England looking for a property in Wales, owing to Covid it was almost impossible. We seen a flat which we could afford and suited us down to the ground. Obviously because of Covid we could only visit once, we informed Hayley and her team we would leave everything to them. They where responsible for everything even solicitors. Because of our situation we had a closing date we had to adhere to. Hayley went out of her way and well beyond our expectations, She chased the vendors solicitor everytime there was a problem incl weekends and evenings. We cant thank her enough for all she did. With her help we managed to vacate dead on time. Would recommend Deeds to anybody, especially if its Hayley and her team. You won't regret using them. I will take this opportunity to thank her again
