We ordered 45 cams and they all are working well. Customer service is outstanding. Will buy from again.

I called in and received very good customer service, Raul and Jesse were very helpfull in getting my order shipped out to me.

Spent $1,000 on a light it didn't work return it light they have my money I have no product and no money can waiting for the company to help me it's the big run around nobody's taking responsibility and they have my money.

i have already returned the light where is my money?

dealing with deelat was a really bad experience.after they receive my payment they send me a used item in bad condition.i sent pictures of the item dirty and used butthey never send me a new item or return my money

Product arrived on time and was exactly as described on the webpage. No issues.

It's been 4 weeks since I placed order and still have not received. The day order was placed, I received an email there was no product in stock...website made no distinction if product was in stock. I was promised 7-10 day shipping and be reimbursed for overnight shipping...did not happen either. Sent emails that were ignored. Now almost 4 weeks later, It may have been shipped but no tracking number. No one to answer the phone, LIVE help said it was shipped but ordered is delayed a few days...Did get a call but was told it was shipped but on wrong carrier. I have no confidence I will receive the $500 body camera. At this point don't have confidence the camera will work. They were not rude at any time.

Bought a solar light for our parking lot. It works great! We will be buying at least one more. Thanks!

The company has a lot of options and they were very professional.

I give Deelat the highest of ratings. From my contact with customer service my order was in my hands in 4 days from the West coast. This is a very high quality part at a very reasonable price.

My experience with Deelat has been one of exceptional customer service and consistent feedback so that I was always aware of the progress of my order. I wish I could make all my purchases from them! Keep up the great work guys!

I WAS QUOTED 3 WEEKS DEL. AND IT TOOK AT LEAST 6-7 WEEKS TO GET IN.

I ORDERED THREE FANS FOR OUR HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THEY CAME IN AS EXPECTED ALL WERE DAMAGED TO AN EXTENT ONE WAS WORSE THAT THE OTHERS. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND ADVISED OF THE DAMAGE . THEAY ASK ME TO SEND THE FANS BACK AND RECIEPT FOR THE MAILING AND THEY WILL REINBURSE ME THE SHIPPING AND WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH FEDEX FOR THE DAMAGES. SO FAR EVERYTHING IS OK

Well....., I actually forgot I ordered a sump pump from Deelat because so much time went by. I called and they told me it was on back order. A few months later they emailed me saying the one I wanted was not available, but, if I wanted, they'd send me one within a week that was "close to the one I ordered". I emailed back cancelling the order.
Two weeks later i received the pump i thought I cancelled on.
It was dented with no instructions or manual inclosed.
It looked very generic.
I was a bit annoyed upon receiving it but I kept it anyway.
I had no energy to return it, and i might need it.
Who knows; it could be a great pump.

I was amazed by the ease to purchase a product was after looking at the same tool
frpm another of my venders, I won't be using them anymore, your service tops them in all catagories.

These lights turned out better than we thought. Nice and perfect for what we needed.

Took a long time to get the order. Was told many different ship dates. Got weeks later than was told at the being.
