One of my "WORST INTERNET TRANSACTIONS" ever and I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!
I needed this Pond float valve for a customer of mine by last weekend. I made my order almost two weeks early so that It would be here in time, I didn't hear it shipped until over a week after I ordered it, not to mention the arrival date was after my need date. I sent a reply to the e-mail and received no response.
Then I received an e-mail that my card did not work, which left me questioning why it took over a week to even charge my card?
Then I received about 4 different shipping verifications with 4 different tracking numbers all of which did not work. I still don't even know if my part is arriving or not? I decided any more pursuit is a waste of my time.
You made me look bad to my customer which is absolutely unacceptable. If I conduct business in this manner I will lose customers. Consider me as a lost customer to your enterprise.
This hits my limited list for the Worst internet transaction I have ever experienced. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DEELAT AGAIN!!!
