I ordered a second lot of face masks…
I ordered a second lot of face masks as I was so pleased with the first lot. But they were not the same quality and they didn’t have the extra insert that came the first time and still they were the same price. I was very disappointed with that.

Hi Carmel, we only see one order under your name in our system. Perhaps you placed the order under a different name. The masks that you ordered in this order do not have filters in them as per the item description. They are three layered and 100% cotton.

This was my second order, and the service was excellent again - confirmation emails and notification when dispatched etc.. All handled very efficiently. And not used to things arriving so quickly here in Ireland!

The masks are not tight enough on the face and I find it hard to get the nose piece tight enough to prevent my glasses fogging up.
Very pretty and feel good but size needs tweaking.
