It doen't work, don't subscribe their service it's a scam !

I purchased theyr services and never worked in the past 4 months

It was working with me 6 months ago, but the service is not working now, i tried more than one file host and nothing works, waste of money unfortunately!

Specific host needed is listed as online but doesn't work.
Request through ticketing system only. They claim they'll answer in 24 hours but it has been three days.
It seems I'll have to file a request for a chargeback.
I obviously do not recommend this service.

Most of the time servers will be down, and no proper response from the customer support. I wouldn't recommend this service.

I have been using it for a long time as a premium member. It was good initially but it doesn't work anymore. I have chased site admin to know the reason but didn't get a reply from anyone. In fact, when I commented on their Facebook page, the admin simply deleted my comment and blocked me. BEWARE of signing up. Now the admin has locked my account since I have written a review here. I have provided the proof with Trustpilot team already.

Note: The positive reviews you see here are fake.

Support Sucks. 80% of their file hosters are not working. When you open a ticket no one is there to respond. JUST A WASTE OF MONEY

I pay to read very very often this message:"Error: Link dead or filehoster not supported"...

Many of the hosts are, most of the time, out of order.
Through Jdownloader2 it does not connect.
Asked for help with the form, after 15 days no answer.

Such worst kind of support and service. I have purchased deepbrid on 21 Dec 2020 to download files from rapidgator and nitroflare. On first it works link charm but from 22nd Dec 2020 rapidgator stopped working. i waited for 1 day in hope that it will start working but it didn't start working. So i created a support ticket #GVD-206931 but no one responds to that service ticket. Support guys not don't care about the problem which I am having. Previously nitroflare was working but for the past 5 days nitroflare also stopped working. For this, I have also raised support ticket #ULB-739046 in deepbrid, but as expected no body is responding on this ticket also. Today is 09 Jan 2020, both nitroflare and rapidgator are still not working and nobody has responded a single time in both the support tickets. Interesting part is that both nitroflare and rapidgator are showing online and working but none is working. Don't waste your money in purchasing in deepbrid. Their support and service is pathetic. So don't waste your time and money in purchasing it. Please please don't purchase.

22 days without a single answer to the tickets. Oh, and they don't answer tickets probably because they are too busy flagging opinions here citing they don't believe I had a "genuine experience". No worries guys. Screenshots sent to Trustpilot.

After 15 days, tickets remain unanswered. Zero customer support.

Of course, that alone would be enough, but I was trying different hosts to see if there was some that would work. In most cases, they show as "online" and when you send the link it doesn't work or returns some error. In other cases they even say the file is not available, but you can download same file from a regular browser.

So, waste of money and most important, time, hoping it was a temporary problem, but that seems the norm. On FB they answered and they said "we will look at your ticket". Of course, they didn't.

this site used to be very good, but recently it doesn't work anymore and admin is recently very unresponsive.

Deepbrid Is nothing But Scam.
This is me Ahsan Qamar, I recently reviewd deepbrid service on this website, based on the experience that after my purchase, I tried to use their service but none of the host work, not even torrent.
Then I created ticket which they didn't respond to, then I contacted via email and fb they just blocked me on fb without any reply.
After one day of my 13 euro purchase they suspended my account because I created other ticket regarding my issue.
If you ever see this, don't buy their service or you end up in this site right above me.

The site appears to be a total scam. From the list of hosters available and reported as working, in reality they are always under maintenance or not available. If you go around the web you will see that this opinion belongs to most people. Result: After paying for a premium plan you cannot use their service.

Customer service is poor. In particular, a certain Elly turns out to be rude and arrogant. I have submitted a refund request. He asked me a thousand proofs to prove that the service is not available when they know very well that the hosts are not working (obviously this is a technique that serves to make you forget the matter). After providing all the necessary proofs Elly informs me that I would be refunded after 24/48 hours. After a few days, having not received any refund, I always answer the same open ticket to ask for explanations and do you know what Elly does? He closed the ticket, cataloging it as solved without even answering me. Two days ago I opened another ticket to ask for an explanation of what happened and obviously no one answers me.

Moral of the story: I've been waiting 10 days for a refund that I will surely never get.

Congratulations for the seriousness. But rest assured that sooner or later you will fail and you will all find yourself unemployed.

I am ready to provide any evidence for any disputes.
This, in my opinion, is a site absolutely to be avoided.

Il sito sembra essere una truffa totale. Della lista degli hoster disponibili e segnalati come funzionanti, in realtà risultano essere sempre in manutenzione o non disponibili. Se fate un giro per il web vedrete che questa opinione è della maggior parte delle persone. Risultato: dopo aver pagato per un piano premium non potete utilizzare il loro servizio.

Il servizio clienti è scadente. In particolare una certa Elly risulta essere maleducata e strafottente. Ho inoltrato una richiesta di rimborso. Mi ha chiesto mille prove per dimostrare che il servizio non è disponibile quando loro sanno benissimo che gli host non sono funzionanti ( ovviamente è una tecnica che serve per farti lasciar perdere la questione). Dopo aver fornito tutte le prove necessarie Elly mi informa che sarei stato rimborsato dopo 24/48 ore. Dopo qualche giorno, non avendo ricevuto nessun rimborso, rispondo sempre sullo stesso ticket aperto per chiedere spiegazioni e sapete cosa fa Elly ? Ha chiuso il ticket, catalogandolo come risolto senza nemmeno rispondermi. Due giorni fa ho aperto un ulteriore ticket per chiedere spiegazioni dell'accaduto e ovviamente nessuno mi risponde.

Morale della favola: sto aspettando da 10 giorni un rimborso che sicuramente non otterrò mai.

Complimenti per la serietà. Tranquilli però che prima o poi fallirete e vi ritroverete tutti disoccupati.

Sono pronto a fornire qualsiasi prova per eventuali controversie.
Questo, a parere mio, è un sito assolutamente da evitare.

not all hosts are working.. it says "server host under mainteance" but this maintance never ends.. my 1 month plan has a few days left and a lot of server hosts still not working.. also they never respond to support tickets..(EDİT: I changed my review to 4 stars because the hosts worked at the end and they gave me 15 day Extra Downtime to my 1 month plan)

I followed up for a month with support and other ways to see if they would reconsider refunding but they did not. So I am 100% sure this is a scam.

Unreliable website with unreliable support. Most of the sites don't work. Even the sites they claim "everyone" is having problem is available for free for most of their competitors.
They don't respond to tickets or emails to support even after weeks and weeks of follow-up.

A lot of their file hosts are listed as "online" but are actually not. You'll be lucky to get your links processed.
Don't bother filing tickets either. They'll just close them without bothering to respond.

Several days trying to download form a working hoster according to them, but I always get an error message. They ignore emails and tickets. A complete waste on money.

They used to be quite good but they don't seem interested in upkeeping the site anymore. The "online" status of most hosters is completely bogus and most of the premium hosters they claim to offer do not work. They ignore all inquiries made via their ticket system. Anything negative posted on their facebook page is promptly removed. Don't waste your money.
