I wish that they had a 0 rating. I signed up for the service to use it for Rapidgator. The links never generated and it keeps saying that the service is down. I have created 5 service tickets to aks them questions and to also ask for a refund but they have not responded in over two weeks even though they say they respond every day. This is a scam - do not get caught in it like I did.

Not only does it simply not work, unable to even get a refund. Support requests ignored. Total scam.now 5 months later they’ve asked trustpilot to request my contact details! I’ve provided these but if their support failed to respond to my genuine problem with their non-existent service why do they suddenly care now? I suspect they are trying to get negative reviews cancelled to allow them to fleece more people. Hopefully I’ll be proved wrong. IF it now works and they’ve fixed it. If they make contact and it’s now working I’ll update this review. I’ll not hold my breath though! Oh and no refund was ever issued.

They were quick enough to take my money but ignored my support tickets. The service simply doesn't work. I doubt they will give my money back as there is no support at all. Don't believe their web site its full of fake facts to entice you to pay

You should whitelist every IP you want to work with.

Absolute SCAM, nothing works and customer support is non existing. Well, I should have done some research. PLEASE people, STOP giving them your money for nothing in return!

This website is totally a scam and like all other people, I should have done some research. Anyway, RIP 4.99 Eur. But the question is, how are the still in the market?

Hoster was not down, link was not broken, no reaction on the support ticket.

Deepbrid currently tries to delete bad reviews and demanding proof of membership of their service.

WOW, What a fool i am even reading all reviews i just blindly buy the premium service there offers tempts u like 30days +1months the total OFFER sale 2021 is total scam don't fall for that, If u reading this don't give a try like me. RIP 4.99 €

This is the usual scam. If you are not yet a premium member (i.e. you haven't paid yet), they tell you that you can only download your link as a premium member. If you have paid, you get "Error: Filehoster under maintenance on our site" No matter when and how often you try. The money is wasted. Probably only filehosters work that are very cheap themselves and nobody is interested in. The filehoster that is supposed to be maintained is shown on the status page as "Online", i.e. available. Sure, otherwise no one would be so stupid to give away his money.

This is fraud and theft. It would be different if they told the truth about what works and what clearly doesn't work.

Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars, because they don't deserve a single star. Maybe Trustpilot should make that possible in the future.

Payed for 60 days premium. All links i wanted to download are not generated.
They are answering ticket. Asked them to refund my payment, but they are ignoring me.
Not recomending this service.

I paid for 30days membership and none of the links never worked, not even 1! Tried more than 100 times! Sent a ticket to support after 22 days no answer. This company its a bold scam, dont put ur money on it please!

Most of the listed hosts don't work, customer service never aswers. Just annother scam page. Stay away.

Deepbrid was always among the top rated premium generators so I thought I would give it at try. Regrettably I purchased a 365 day subscription based on its previous reputation without checking current reviews. None of the main hosters (eg. k2s, nitroflare, rapidgator etc.) that I was planning to use actually work despite being listed as functional in the server status.Their terms stated I was eligible for a full refund, but they haven't replied to any of my tickets. Stay away as people like myself have basically been scammed out of $60+ with no recourse. Other alternatives like Dasan are not perfect but are far more reliable.

I was a repeat customer of that it works so wonderfully in 2020-2021 but since I have renewed in 2021 I am regrating my decision since I have renewed it I never able to use get any single file gets download, and moreover they are not replying to my tickets too its bee 6th month since I have write a ticket but no response at all, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES
