Shoddy company who are suing someone for giving an honest review on their poor products.

So many fake 5 star reviews from people who haven’t reviewed any other products. Pretty coincidental it’s at the same time it’s suing a YouTuber for providing a genuine and honest review of his poor quality battery.

Pretty sus how all the 5* reviews are invited and have done exactly 1 review each eh?
Surely it doesn't have anything to do with the streisand effect and the defamation law suit to against Alloffroad 4x4's honest review discussing issues with your product and how you sneakily changed your warranty wording on your website, does it? ;)

Incredibly dishonest, and actively taking legal Acton against anyone who speaks up.

Avoid at all costs.

Doing the right thing is more important than anything.

Falsely advertised, awful, shoddy products... and they sue people for pointing it out. Hilarious!

Imaging suing a youtube reviewer, for being open and honest about your batteries.....
He performed a fair, honest and accurate test on the battery that he had purchased with his own money.... Test results concluded that the batteries werent as good as they claimed....
and DCS sued him for it.......
What a joke company...

First of all the quality of the batteries are really really bad and if you open the battery up and look at the circuits they seems to be assembled by a elemental school class.
The performance is OK but only for a few reload cycles then the battery degrades so badly so it becomes borderline unusable.

And i see there is a lot of recent positive reviews on here and i bet that is a troll army and many other review site have been deleting those reviews as false/made up.

My honest opinion is STAY WAY from this piece of #%¤# batteries.

The battery also clearly states on the cover that it has an active battery cell balancer. But if you look at the BMS design it is NOT.

Purchased my 4th dcs 120ah battery 15 days ago to complete my battery bank for my solar project. So far my experience with dcs batteries has been great. They are super light, quick to recharge, last 3 to 4 times longer than my old sealed gel battery bank and can be fully discharged without any damage (tested). Happy with the setup as it meets all my needs.

I bought the 120ah model to use in my camper on my friend's suggestion. It has worked out great so far, and i'm happy with my purchase. Will buy more if it keeps performing as expected.

Government reports dont lie.. These are the worst preforming batteries and very prone to fires.

Avoid avoid avoid!! You'll either have your stuff catch fire or be sued for complaining the battery dosent meet standards.

They lie to their customers

2 years ago, I replaced my old battery with the Deep Cycles Systems 75AH battery on my cordless lawnmower. Everything worked great up until late last summer, and then worse in April as I was prepping for winter. It used to do my entire lawn twice before charging, now it barely lasted for one cut. I estimate 60% battery life. Numerous attempts to remedy the situation have gone unanswered and I am getting desperate. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I find it interesting that there are only 1 star and 5 star reviews for DCS. Makes me think the 5 star reviews are shills for the company. This needs to be investigated

Installed dcs 75ah battery in my car. So much better than the wet cells. Easy drop in installation, fast charging, lighter, and more powerful. Can't have better.

It seems rather suspect that this company has acquired an amazing amount of 5 star reviews since starting litigation against a youtube reviewer, does it not Trustpilot?

excellent experience with deep cycle systems. delivery was quick and the batteries are working perfectly fine. on top of that the representative paul did a great job answering my questions and processing the order. happy with the service and product.

I would stay clear of this company as they updated their warranty policy to warranty to 70% capacity instead of 80% under a certain condition in 2023 but the warranty policy says last updated in 2021, apparently the Australian government has tested their battery against other brands and the DCS battery is at 65% capacity while other brands in the same test are holding above 90% capacity

when a YouTuber pointed out that DCS batteries are degrading faster than they should DCS asked him to take the video down and then decided to sue him,

the action this company has taken shows that they would rather sell poor quality batteries and sue people who point out their batteries aren't lasting as they should instead of taking that as feedback and working on improving their battery tech.

Recently had a problem with my 3 years old dcs 200ah battery, it was not charging as it used to be. Called dcs and they asked to send the battery back for inspection. They inspected it and informed me there was a slight problem with the BMS and sent me the new replacement battery without asking any questions. Happy with the service!

An accurate review about the performance may take a few years to test, however, so far it has been the best battery i have ever used. It is lightweight, easy to handle and install, and goes right to work. Plus, the support department has been amazing, provided me with great information, good suggestions, and they even called back to ask about the experience. Very happy for now.

Will add another review in a year or two to give an update about the performance.

The Australian Government agency ARENA found DCS batteries to have the WORST PERFORMANCE of any of the batteies they tested. Not by a little, but by a very large amount. Plenty of FAKE REVIEWS being posted to this page now but this cannot be faked. Check out the ARENA website and read report 12.
