I am so IMPRESSED! I felt so much better once I used the Deep Massager. It really made a difference on my body parts. Its incredible and amazing. I couldn't have invested in something that is so great and authentic and not a gimmick. But everything you described is the TRUTH! It took my body somewhere else and then I was renewed. I have tried many times to contact you people and have gotten no where this machine starts out on level one and goes straight to level three all by itself I can not use it this way very disappointed I sent in a video that was asked for and received no response sham on your company your phone number does not work very poor customer service I

I still haven't received my order. This is not good especially when you ask for a review.

Speeding button is not working and charger was not in good condition many more

Bought a product a deep massager and it doesn’t work spent money for nothing

The massager does not work properly. I've have contacted customer service and they have not responded. Just hoping to get my money back at this point.

This service really sucks. Take my money real quick but never received my order. An email reassuring me it's on its way. Still waiting

I cannot write a review as experience is in going. Received massager within reasonable time frame no complaints. Opened and used for 5 minutes and it began to sound like a jet taking off and then quit vibrating. Could restart bu would quit. Packaged and mailed sending info and racking number to customer service requesting a refund. Tracking shows return was delivered and have not heard from anyone since I mailed return.
So long story short, so far I am less than satisfied

I got my massager and instead of 3 speeds it only has high. Emailed the company 3 times so far and I haven't heard anything. Really disappointed because I was really looking forward to using it.

We've had it one week and it's making a rattling sound like it's going to fall apart.

The massager gun works on tight muscles. My hesitation is the size, tough for me to use by myself, especially reaching around to the back. It also has an uneven motion and all of a sudden it is pounding, literally bouncing up and down. That makes a smooth massage a matter of constantly readjusting.
