Müşteri hizmetlerinden ve iade sürecinden memnun kalmadım. İade koşulları yeterince açık değil, ürün beden bilgileri farklılık gösteriyor ve ek gümrük masrafları sipariş öncesinde yeterince şeffaf açıklanmıyor. İade süreci gereksiz yere zor ve maliyetli. Sorunları çözmek için müşteri odaklı bir yaklaşım göremedim. Maalesef alışveriş deneyimim hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Strongly advise against ordering from Deery Shoes. Their website is misleading and lacks transparency, particularly regarding sizing, import charges, and returns. The Turkish and English websites provide inconsistent size information, while unexpected import costs and an expensive, complicated return process leave customers paying the price. Their claim of an easy return process does not reflect my experience, and customer service has failed to offer a fair solution. Save yourself the frustration and money.
