Created a 5-second video based on text with only 2 items, which was completely off. You can try again, but you'll need a paid subscription. Smart way to earn.

I already had an existing account and was actively using the service. I believed I was purchasing additional credits for $10, not committing to a $120 annual subscription.

The billing flow did not include a clear confirmation step stating that clicking would immediately charge a full year upfront. There was no explicit “you are about to be charged $120 today for an annual plan” confirmation.

As soon as I realized what had happened, I canceled the subscription immediately and did not use any of the credits associated with the annual plan. I contacted customer support right away, but they refused a refund and only offered credits, citing their Terms of Service.

This experience was financially stressful and felt misleading. I would not have knowingly agreed to a yearly subscription, and I believe the upgrade flow lacks clear, upfront disclosure. I strongly recommend caution before upgrading or clicking purchase options.

DeeVid gives decent results but is near impossible to sign into. I set up my account but their system can’t find it. I resubscribe and account already exists. It’s a waste of money.

Unfortunately, DEEVID.AI has been a very disappointing experience.

Most of the renderings fail, and not on edge cases, but on very basic fundamentals. Simple things like readable text in videos do not work. Text is frequently scrambled, replaced with random symbols, or rendered with strange characters that look almost Cyrillic or corrupted. This alone makes the software unusable for any serious project.

On top of that, visual generations consistently contain major errors such as extra fingers on hands, distorted anatomy, and obvious rendering artifacts. Nearly every output I’ve generated has had noticeable and sometimes severe mistakes, even when using straightforward prompts.

What makes this worse is their strict no-refund policy. When a product fails this consistently at a basic level, refusing refunds feels unreasonable. Text rendering and basic visual accuracy are not advanced features, they are table stakes for AI video software in 2025.

At its current state, DEEVID.AI is not production-ready, not reliable, and not worth the money. I would strongly recommend staying away until the core issues are fixed.

I paid for the annual plan, but I really regret it. It isn't worth the money. I've also tried others that are much better.

Avoid this application it's a total SCAM.
The free trial works perfectly and then once you subscribe, the prompt function performs so terribly that one has to keep using credits to achieve the desired result, largely to no avail. TOTAL SCAM

I paid for their services, but I canceled because it seemed too expensive. I let them charge me for one more month to get extra points for a future job, and then they suddenly took them away. I didn't think it was fair that I paid in advance and then got nothing in return. I don't recommend them at all.

I subscribed for one month and received credits. I cancelled the renewal (not the active month), and the credits were still visible in my account. Later they were removed, even though I had already paid for that billing period.

This was confusing and misleading, as the UI showed the credits as available. I paid but couldn’t use what I paid for.

When I created several videos, text to video, I spelled the prompt correctly, but the AI generated is as MISSPELLED, making the video unusable. BUT it charges me 60m credits each time, even though I cannot use them, and I cannot trust that it ever spells anything correctly. Rather than charging prepaid credits upon download, it charges BEFORE you can even see what it makes for you, and it's almost always misspelled! Customer service is nonexistent. All you get is very RUDE AI responses and a refusal to credit back for AI mistakes. Extremely frustrating and a waste of money. It would be great IF they charged on download so you can see what you get and make corrections as needed, but as it is, it is a terrible program with horrible support.

AI works, but the subscription plans seem to be made in a tricky way on purpose, as if to trick customers into buying their more exspensive plans. I accidently purchased a 1-year plan, when all i wantes was 1 month, and got charged a large sum. I contacted costumer support, which replied almost instantly, with a long message, which i can only assume, was also made by an AI.

I asked to get 11 months refunded, and only pay for 1 month as intended, but the AI wasn't having it, and kept refering to their refund policy.

I then asked for confirmation about my cancellation of renewal, upon which it replied that i should write a mail to costumer support about it (I never received a mail confirming me unsubscribing).

I write an email to the mail sent by the AI, and got a reply shortly after, which was my own message sent back to me.

“I accidentally subscribed to a plan and was charged. The payment process and subscription options are unclear, which can mislead users into purchasing unwanted plans. Customer support was inflexible regarding a refund. Be careful when paying on this platform!”

The image-to-video generation process is smooth and beginner-friendly.

Made a quick 5-second video just to test it - looked so cool. so making a funny clip using my partner's dog and cat photos. Loved it so much I topped up credits to make more.

I love every feature you have and I'm fine for 3 videos generation a day. And I think you should add an option to earn shells by watching ads so you can make revenue from non premium customers and id be happy to use it.

It’s okay, but not outstanding. Deevid AI produces decent results when it functions properly, though sometimes videos freeze or crash during processing. I’m sticking with it because nothing else I’ve tried delivers results that look as good — but it definitely could use some refinement.

It made my art MOVE. I'm hooked fr. whole content pipeline bouta run thru Deevid now.

What I love most is that everything is in one place - image to video, lip sync, video tools. No need to pay for 3 different tools when this one does it all.
