Bought an item before Christmas, returned it, no refund. I tried to contact them after Christmas, but the email address or the company's website didn't exist anymore. Apparently, new orders for this company are now on a different website. Tried their email, no answer either.
I chose two pairs. They arrived quicker than expected. The shoes are amazing. The size is great and the quality is quite high. Exactly like the photos. I already wore them and they are comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase.
