Excellent service from the team when we needed a bumblebee nest removing from the garden. Quick response to query, next day appt given, excellent communication at every stage and the best price we had been quoted. Removed the bees to relocate to a rural location. I had this company out to get rid of rats. I had another company previously come and quote thousands to pull up flooring and remove lagging as I had a colony of rats on my loft.
My son decided we should get a quote off Tom. What an amazing man. He told me there was signs up there but definitely not a colony. Within 2 weeks problem solved with no need to remove flooring and for a small fraction of the price quoted before. This business is honest, reliable and efficient. What a superb service from Tom and his colleague! The quote was spot on and they turned up on time and fitted our new anti-seagull nest roof spikes as well as cleaned our gutters. All done in time as well as with a friendly smile and follow up if needed! I fully recommend this company! A+

This is the second time I have used this company. Tom is totally professional and very polite. He sent a text before arriving and had fully explained what was required to treat our bug issue in the loft space. Tom and his colleague arrived on time and placed protection on their feet and covered the carpet and up the stairs. No mess at all was left and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call him again if required. I highly recommend his services. He is a very likeable man and I felt totally at ease with him in my property.

Called for a quote, Tom turned up the same day and the work was agreed. On the day of the job they turned up early, job completed on time in full - no fuss ! The work to pigeon proof solar panels was completed in a very tidy manner, 100% happy with the work and the final outcome. A lovely follow up call the next day to ensure we were happy with the work was a very welcome bonus. We would certainly recommend them and would use them again for any pest problems . Our squirrel problem was quickly and efficiently dealt with, they were in the roof space ,and we were kept updated on the progress after each visit . Tom was very nice and professional.We were very happy with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we had a problem.

Tom is excellent! He quoted for and installed bird spikes to prevent us having unpaying lodgers (seagulls). They had destroyed our chimney and having spent a lot of cash having it rebuilt we had plastic spike installed. These failed so contacted Tom for marine grade stainless steel ones. Job done no mess no fuss and total professionalism.

We had one mouse in our house and had tried everything to get rid without success. Tom came & check everywhere and laid traps - he turned up when he said he would and was thorough in his work. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who has any type of pest problem.

Don’t hesitate to call Defender! Tom and his team resolved the rat problem fully and were professional, timely and kept us informed all the way through. We had previously worked with a well know pest company who had consistently failed to resolve the issue. Tom took time to work out what it was and resolved.
