Great and prompt customer service
I emailed this company to query an order status - I'd placed an order for two items, one of which was on back order, and after a couple of days the order status still read 'warehouse processing'. I emailed to check and they confirmed that as it was all one order the in-stock item would be held back until the other was in stock. At my request they immediately refunded the in-stock item so I could place a new order for it which would be despatched today. The whole exchange too about ten minutes. Very satisfied!
