I had an amazing experience at Define Clinic! Teuta was absolutely incredible — she explained every step clearly, was honest about what to expect, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. The service was flawless from start to finish, and my results are even better than I imagined. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lips!

Dr Arreni is lovely. She is very easy to talk to and does a wonderful job at explaining and reassuring you before any procedure. I am delighted with the results and will definitely be returning

I moved to Define clinic after being very impressed by their online presence and reviews. I also needed to find someone new to do my Botox because the last doctor I went to, moved away. The receptionist was lovely, very helpful, and she booked me in with Dr Elina.
I must say Dr Elina was so lovely and gentle that when she did my botox I thought for a moment maybe I needed more because I hardly noticed her injecting me. . . But it turned out to be just perfect, more perfect than it has ever been!! I will not be going elsewhere. Highly, highly recommend. Oh and the clinic is beautiful with its own carpark. I've had wonderful treatment with Dr Elina at Define Clinic in Beaconsfield. Dr Elina really listened to me with my skin concerns, but also reassured me with treatments that she knows I don't need. The appointments ran on time and I was never kept waiting. I had 4 points of botox, with a follow up review 3 weeks later, she took her time, was patient and honest. The clinic has free parking, a lovely waiting area and a beautiful architecture in the old town. All the staff i've met have been lovely. I highly recommend Dr Elina and Define Clinic for all your skin concerns

Dr Elina is a magician! She takes a measured and considered approach and really took my concerns on board. She advised me to undergo a course of BBL treatments and I am blown away by the results. What I especially appreciate (besides her incredible bedside manner) is that she doesn’t try to oversell or use a one size fits all approach. She is a superb practitioner and would recommend her to anyone who is interested in aesthetic treatments. Teuta is so friendly, welcoming and informative. I feel totally at ease in her hands and will continue see her and the clinic for all my treatments.

I came into the define clinic in central London for an assessment as I have generally clear skin but redness that makes me feel insecure and always feel I need to cover my face.
Today I was met by someone called Hayley at reception who straight away was so empathetic, calming and helped me feel that I can get the right solution. I don’t usually like sometimes people are rude and don’t take time to understand what is it I need. From then she booked me in a skin anaylsis with Paris.

The skin analysis was truly humbling but it made me realise what I need to fix. Paris was phenomenal at not only making me feel that it’s fine and we can help you? But any of the percentages that showed such as my pores being high she didn’t make me feel small. For someone w no is insecure I have never felt more confident. I will be booking in for a skin chemical peel.

I will be coming back. You need to ask for them when you come in.
