Totalt bedrägeri köpte öronhängen för 229 kr fick meddelande från tullen om att jag skulle betala 72 i tullavgift för de tyckte att paketet kom från Kina. Kontaktade Defin som sa att det skickades från Nederländerna men när paketet kom tillbaka till dem skulle de skicka om det. Detta hände i September men fortfarande varken pengar eller örhängen. Sista meddelandet var så här 1 december

I have had a lot of problems with this Company. They are not aware about the VAT and the products that I bought returned to them. When I ask about the refund, they discounted the tax, so I received less than I paid. It was the first and last time! I strongly recommend you do NOT BUY with DefinSweden!

If I could give a -5 I would. This company cons people with cheap, fake and ugly jewelry that look nothing like the pictures they have on their website.
They split orders you have to pay tax on each of them. Be warned everyone!

The .. swedish jewlery is finally… chinese Jewllery
I paid much more than the real price of these rings that i found finally in other websites almost for..free and i paid 40€
It took more than 1.5 months to arrive from China to Sweden and i ve just paid 8$ plus for the taxes. The jewlery they advertise made in Sweden has nothing to do with Sweden.. DON T EVER BUY THESE CHINESE FINALLY jewlry..

I dont want to give this company any star I want to give them thums down/BAD customer service.
Still waiting for my money since package was returned sinc didnt want to pay 20 € for custom papper.

Hi,
I have received my order, and I have several complaints.
- the quality is not at all as it looks in the photos, poor quality
- most of the earrings are damaged
- one product not received (foot chain) replaced by poor quality rings
- website makes it look like the products are from Swedish, but all products sent from China, inadequate packaging, had to pay toll and handling fee
- order came in 2 packages, had to pay twice for toll and handling
I am most disappointed with the products and the false advertising.
