They are very quick with the responses to ordering gold and silver. They have improved the line of merchandise since a year ago, and at any time I’ve had questions regarding merchandise, they have always responded quickly, and given me the best prices. Second Purchase
This is my second purchase from defythegrid. Excellent pricing, excellent service & delivery. These are definitely the go-to guys for Goldbacks. I also purchased a set of the North American Animal aurum notes. Another fine product with beautiful artwork and craftsmanship. However the gold content is measured in grams, while Goldbacks are in ounces. Slightly confusing, so I set up a spreadsheet to see how they all slot together. Very interesting. Will be shopping with defythegrid again, soon.

Now credit card fees on my goldbacks was the main reason I made a purchase here. Now the customer service is the reason I will make future purchases. The reply time to my concern was a few hours and resolved a few minutes later.

This vendor clears transactions in an average of 2-3 days, instead of 10 like other vendors. They ship super fast. I've gotten orders in 5 business days, inc clearing a credit purchase. I upgrade to 4 stars (previous was 1 star). Looks like they did not answered my inquiries due to a faulty email app. Regarding the issue (item not delivered after 4 months), the seller finally reach me and explained that the graded items (PMG) are finally on their way to the shop.
I have to admit that my others orders were delivered right on time.
