I only trade ETFs on Degiro. Their "Core selection" was much bigger before. Some basic screener (like gains/loses over longer perios comparison) would be nice, so I don't have to look somewhere else.

Reliable service & good UX
After 5 years of using Degiro, I don't have any negative experience. I was just struggling once a little bit with switching to a new connected bank account directly from the interface - but they resolved it quickly by one email. So, again, I can only recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience.
After holding some stocks for 3 years, I decided to change my broker. Since March 26th, I've been waiting for €5,000 to be transferred. Today is May 7th — that's 42 days without resolution.
Customer support has been unhelpful, repeatedly stating: “Your case has been escalated…” or “We’re experiencing technical issues with CZK.”
After 4 weeks, the only update I received was: “Our payments department is still investigating your case.”
This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others before using this platform.
