Terrible service. Disorganized management
Terrible service. Both them and the Deddie platform. Lack of coordination. They are putting automatic meter readers and then they send you messages to send them the reading! If you don't have an automatic meter reader, then they don't come to measure! I had a case that they had NOT read the meter for 2 years. I wonder whether the management layer in these two companies is of any value. They would release much more shareholder value if they all went home. Their customers would not be worse off in terms of service, while their investors would be releived.
