Bought a pair of boots in the Chelmsford branch today. On the shoe box the pricing label said £34.99 and it was the correct shoe no miss labelling but when at the till they scanned at £39.99, the retail worker said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay £39.99 even though it was clearly false advertising to me the customer. I am a retail assistant myself and sympathise as i have scenarios like this happen too. HOWEVER in my place of work the price the customer sees is the price they pay even if it scans up differently on the tills because the till price is not what the customer was advertised and expecting to pay. So in my opinion this situation was handled very unfairly and completely wrong.

Got a pair of Landrover boots on line for a great price. I do a lot of walking with my dogs and these are perfect. Friendly staff greeted me on arrival at the Dundee shop and I got my purchase and left within 5 minutes.

I was looking for some outdoor flat boots, as I have a foot injury & need something with good grips. We were served by Andriana, she gave us space to have a look around and find something suitable and when we asked about other ways to make the boot we choose more comfortable, she was very helpful and friendly. We saw her serve some other customers (whilst we are were looking) and was insightful and helpful & friendly with them too. Would recomend the branch and the assistant, we will return.

I was looking for a chunk platform shoes and decide to go to Deichmann offline store, I found the shoes I need but the size wasn't there. The staff was nicely assist me and recommend me to order it online and they will sent it to my home, approximately 3-5 days so it would be around friday by next week.
I made the purchase and paid in their store (October 19) and came with the invoice. In the evening, the same day, I received the tracking number. The shoes arrived in my place on October 22, everything in a good condition. They also give the printed instruction and slip how to return the product in their box.
Completely happy with my first purchase in Deichmann, thanks!

Bought a pair of school shoes for my 14 year old,within 3 weeks the soul started coming apart from the shoe,had no other school shoes so we had to glue them to get through the day.Brought the shoes back with the box and receipt and they blankly refused to change or refund,should not have tried to fix them apparently,unfortunately we had no option we explained.So no refund,a very rude manager and obviously charging £40 for cheap crap,avoid these charlatans.Trustpilot,give us the ZERO STAR option please,it certainly applies here.

Where is my order? I ordered last week Friday (11th October), on store. If it wasn't for the print out, would have had no trace of ever having ordered over £60 worth of goods - and the shoe protectant.
I knew I should not have ordered online in store, but the madness of a new store not carrying new stock caused me to not want to go to my local store, where only one pair was showing.
No confirmation email of my order, no updates. Nada.
I now have to wait until Monday to contact costumer service.
First and last order.
Very, very annoying and disappointing. Must do better, Deichman's...

Very misleading shoe. I bought a patent shoe for my daughter to wear the school, and after wearing it for a week, the shoe started to crease. The fabric then began to peel and it looked awful. Do not recommend.

I ordered a third pair of light weight trainers online for my elderly father, after receiving 2 emails saying they are ready for collection and a photograph of the Evri parcel instore which had been delivered it would be safe to assume I could collect -wrong -I had waited 3 days before collecting as I do not go into Rugby town centre very often,
I paid for parking n drove the 4 miles to collect from the Rugby centre, where they could not find the shoes,
In that case I will take the pair off the shelf -just cancel the order,
No I couldnt do that as the manager cannot complete a refund without customer service approval!
so I waited in store for 15 mins to be told they couldnt get through to speak to CS,
I left the store with no result just to wait for a call,
a message was left, Cs have refunded my order , they cannot reorder the shoes and get them sent to my address, I will have to reorder myself and repay , wait for confirmation and delivery and then drive 4 miles back into Rugby and pay parking ..
that is after i receive the refund which may take days.

During our time there,we met an employee by the name of Kelly from the Northampton Branch.She was very friendly professional and helpful.Her approach was outstanding. Kelly engaged in a conversation with us which was superb with a laugh. Her customer service skills and communication skills are excellent in my book. Bought 2 pairs of school shoes for £51, which fell apart within 4 weeks due to poor quality materials used. Took them back to local store in Bradford (Broadway Shopping Centre) for exchange/return. As I mentioned return to the customer adviser, her face gone flat as someone died and 3 workers started looking for a manager and all the customers started looking at me as I may have said something unusual. Felt so embarressed. The manager walked in' looked at shoes and said the child may have kicked football which caused the damage and due to negligence shoes cannot be returned. My son wears other shoes at park and kick ball as well but they do not fall apart. My advice is not to buy kids shoes from Deichmann as price may be cheap but will end up buying another pair soon. Spend few more quids on reputeable shop and that will save you money in longrun.

Clydebank store They refused refund. I returned shoes next day as my feet got wet in small shower of rain. I had paid for the special coating machine they said any problems bring them back and we will refund or exchange. Same person refused exchange next day. They just lied and I recommend do not shop at Deichmann. Horrible experience

Appalling customer service in the Isle of Wight store yesterday.
I was advise to pop in and see the manager regarding a pair of Skechers I purchased which had discoloured with the treatment they added.
The manager flatly refused to come down and see me!
I found the whole experience very distressing and humiliating in front of other customers and staff.
