The staff in the shops have been lovely but do NOT buy the Graceland school shoes ! Not fit for purpose and not healthy for children’s feet, within two weeks the kids are walking on the square imprints of the sole and all cushioning had dissolved.
Disappointing

Its a joke to put your prices up right before black friday ordered shoes for 27.99 but got the wrong size and now 2 days later the same shoes 35.99 😀

I bought some winter boots online for a click and collect at my local deichmann store, it had gone 4 days and I still had not received a confirmation that it was delivered at the store, I rang the customer service number but it kept on ringing and no one was there to answer I sent them an email and they emailed back after 48hrs as mentioned they said they had a glitch on their system and people who ordered on that date the orders were not processed however they said they they have sorted it out and posted the item via evri, I got tracking details from evri and evri failed to post it too, however I rang evri today and they said they have posted today but when I rang the store they said they haven't received anything from evri, I rang deichmann customer service they again no body is answering I am left in a loop this is just getting RIDICULOUS very bad customer service from deichmann and from evri

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my family and I had at your Westfield London store today.
We were in the store for over 20 minutes trying to find a pair of shoes in my daughter’s size but couldn’t locate them. I looked around for assistance and saw two members of staff helping another customer. I approached them and said, “Sorry, we can’t find the size we’re looking for. Could someone please help?” One of the staff members — a pretty and young woman of East Asian appearance — kindly came with me.
However, as soon she saw two other women close to my family she said she needed to help them first because they had been there before us, and went straight to them. The two women declined her help, saying they didn’t need assistance. This was surprising, as we had been in the store for quite some time, while those customers had only just arrived. From where the staff member was standing earlier, she wouldn’t have been able to see who had been waiting longer.
When she returned to us, I asked if she wanted to look around to pick another customer to help instead. The whole experience left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable.
I can’t help but wonder if this was just an unfortunate coincidence, or if there’s an unconscious bias at play — the customer she and her colleague were initially helping was white, as were the two women she chose to prioritise over us. It’s disheartening to feel that we might have been overlooked for such a reason. Is there white people to be served first policy? Or staff can pick which customer to help rather than helping the ones whose asking for help?

I recently visited the Telford store during your big promotion and was encouraged at the till to sign up for the Deichmann app to receive a £10 welcome discount. Unfortunately, there was no signal in the store, and despite all three of us trying, none of us could download the app. We asked if we could sign up in-store instead, but were told this wasn’t possible.
It’s just a bit of feedback — not everyone has a smartphone or good reception, so it would be great if customers could sign up directly in-store. Because of this, I wasn’t able to receive or use my £10 discount on my purchase, and the manager said there was nothing she could do.

I purchased a pair of Bench trainers in your Accrington store, paid extra to get the coating to protect them from marking. First time i wore them they marked & cannot wipe them clean, being a white pair only reason i paid for the extra.

I bought a pair of trainers a few months ago and the sole on one of the trainers split, allowing water ingress. I took the trainers back to the store and without any quibling they agreed to replace them for a new pair. That was on Saturday and the new pair came in the post the following Tuesday.

We recently been to Deichmann in Queens Gate Peterborough and bought 2 bags pack as a gift for some friends (Skechers and FILA) and 2 pairs of crocs.
At the time of purchasing we haven't checked the bags properly, we paid for all items and went to continue our shopping in Queens Gate.
After an hour we have noticed a stain on a Skechers bag and we went back to Deichmann stores to check and the guy on counter asked that have you been drop something on it and we said no we are just shopping in different shops and he replied that well it almost an hour before you purchased.
He called a sales girl who didn't say anything and then the guy called another girl (seems like a senior staff or manager) she straight a way said we do check items before we keep it shelves and once we sell item we can't take it back. I was surprised with her answer and attitude. I questioned her that can you tell me how many days or months the item is in shelve till we purchase and don't you think it might had stain during that time and she replied same that once we sell we can't take it.
I was fuming and left store by not saying anything.
Unfortunately, we left our receipts on counter and we came out store and walk just few steps (just less than a minute )and realised that we left receipts at counter.
To avoid any arguments I requested my wife to go back in store and get receipts as we may need to change Crocs if any size issues.
My wife went to store and again she was shown attitude by staff by saying we are not here to keep your receipt safely and we have discarded it.
My wife mentioned that we need it to change Crocs if any size issues and we she were shown like they are doing very big favour and said we will print one and give you.
What a unprofessional and rude behaviour by staff , I will think 100 times before going to Deichmann and get insulted again.

Deichmann are one of the few retailers that sell half sizes. I have always received my orders on time with no issue and I have ordered multiple pairs of shoes.
The boots I ordered I have hardly worn so I can’t comment on their quality over the longer term but they aren’t the most comfortable and really needed breaking in.
I ordered a pair of ESpirit loafers, within a couple of weeks the width of them had stretched significantly to the point they fall off my feet and there’s a huge gap on the sides. I hardly wear these now.
I ordered a pair of block heeled loafers for work. Which fitted nicely and were very comfortable. Within around 8 months they look incredibly scruffy and the sole has worn very thin and the heel is scuffed. They now hurt the balls of my feet. Sadly, they don’t seem to sell this style anymore.
They have a nice choice of styles and I like that they do half sizes but they just don’t last very long at all.

They tried to scam me after I won free shoes after spinning a weel on the weel it says free per of shoes and when I did win I went and got a shoes and they said its only 30 pounds off not free shoes and also terrible costumer service they lied saying at the door they would have told you it's 30 pound when in reality they didn't say that dont trust this shop when it comes you wining gifts or spinning the wheel.

I really think they need to do some customer service training with their staff as they’re so rude! Shocking customer service in Broadway Bradford.

A dreadful shoe company. Ordered 5.5 size women’s shoes online. Delivery good. Shoes too big. Went to Wrexham store to swap for a 5 but not available. They offered to get a size 5 from their Chester store. Told to go back the next day. I did go back but no shoes there. Told to go back later that day. Went back that afternoon. Shoes still not there. I was given a lengthy explanation why and was promised they would be there in the Wrexham store the next day. Fuming doesn’t cut it. I have phoned the Wrexham store on 03.10.2025 to explain the number of times I had been to the store. Explained I was phoning to check they were there, before I got the bus to Wrexham to pick them up. Assistant said she didn’t have any idea about the issue but asked for my number and said she would phone the Chester Manager to enquire. Said she would phone me back to let me know. Well that hasn’t happened, no phone call, stuck with unworn shoes that are too big and fuming at the complete lack of respect for their customer. No one seems to know what they should know and to be told repeatedly to go back to the store and that they’d phone me back when no intention to do so is a joke. I will never order offline again or visit any of your two bit stores. First and last time. Stay away from there.

Not the best service. Contacted by email as shoes arrived used from the bottom. I wasn’t offered anything in return despite the state of the shoe. I also claimed I was unable to get to a store due to a disability however the advisor still asked me to return in store.
I would avoid
